As a 54 year old veteran who is about 100 lbs overweight, I recently went back to the gym. About 3 years ago, I had been working out and had lost some weight but had a freak (non-workout related) accident where I shattered my kneecap and detached my patellar tendon. After some family tragedies, loss of employment and the pandemic, I am now back to trying to get back into shape and be healthy again. This time I decided to take a personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet, and even hire a personal trainer to make sure I don’t cause injury to my 54 year old body with all my limitations from past accidents and age. My trainer and I are focusing on strength training to help with injury prevention and prevent osteoporosis (which runs in my family) and help with arthritis and balance. It has been about a month, and I am already feeling so much stronger!!😎😎

He's definitely bigger than ever here, even if it's not obvious in the first place. He obviously didn't gain 20 pounds of muscles, it's more in the definition & the general leanness (his body fat also looks lower than ever). He prolly ate as much as he said he did while upping his PEDs intake (including high doses of clenbuntrol or similar products), and throwing some diuretics in the mix.

Have a look at their posts over the social networks. It's not about which filter they use. Same than the participants to Mister Olympia. Most days, professional bodybuilders don't look nearly as good as they do on stage. But, in the right conditions, with the right drugs, under the right lights, their physique truly reach another level. That's what bodybuilding is about. Take your thermometer, stab it in the thickest park and cook to 73c. Let it rest (it’ll come up to 75) then taste if. Juicy, delicious. All it needs it salt and pepper. You can make a pan sauce out juices. Amazing.

RE why these interviews are never on video, it’s easier to “get” high profile celebs via written interview. I used to work for a celebrity PR firm. Text-only interviews are done via email. The reporter sends a list of questions, which are then answered by a publicist with variations of stock answers (from a database compiled from transcribed live interviews). If you want super high profile interviews but aren’t a super high profile outlet? Send the publicist an email…

But it used to be so confusing because I didn’t know what steroids did exactly. Anyways my point is that I have never seen Dwayne come out and give specifics about what kind of dose he’s on/what substances he uses. We need to be honest about it. I don’t see professionals using substances to get the results they want as a bad thing or morally evil. It’s no different than musicians using drugs to dig up inspiration for their songs in my opinion. But we all know professional musicians are high as shit most of the time.
