We love an environmentally friendly king that doesn’t need to be a mindless consumer! I love hauls but once in awhile since I find more fun in doing the puzzles. Normally i like to buy one or two at a time to incentivize myself to complete them before i can get anymore!
I love that philosophy. I wish I could keep to it better. I really have such a crazy stack of puzzles to do, even though I say I'm hesitant about puzzle hauls. To me, my thinking is more about: Do I encourage others to be as much of a puzzle hoarder as I already am? 😀At the very least, I have been trying to remind myself to stay active with the puzzling and try to get a good number of them off my to-do stack so I can donate/pass them on/resell them.
Hi! Recently found your channel. The pandemic also reignited my childhood love for puzzles, and I now have an adult puzzle club at the library where I work. Look forward to more videos!
Ha ha I feel personally attacked! (Just kidding!) 😂😂 I think you know that I definitely like puzzle hauls - I really enjoyed watching yours! You really had some great puzzles, especially all those new, gorgeous Art & Fable puzzles. Can't wait to see you piece them together. 😍 Looking forward to future haul videos from you! 😀
😂😂😂 Thank you! I live for your puzzle forts - I mean hauls. But it wouldn’t work here in my tiny NYC apartment. I think I will make hauls a periodic feature.
Puzzle haul videos seem popular and I love comparing notes or seeing what piques other puzzlers interests :) loving those art and fables and the minty fizz one! 🧩👍😁
@@piecebypiecepuzzler haha yes I did. I’ve done her painters pallete last year. Really lovely. I’m working on a New haul video soon but with a slight difference. ;)
Hi! I like a puzzle haul video, so I’ll definitely watch any that you decide to put up - It’s one of the ways I find out about new puzzles and brands. This is a great haul - my favourite is the Jaguar Art and Fable puzzle - that one is so pretty! It was you that introduced me to Art and Fable and I really love their quality - so thanks for showing their new ones 😊. Also I’m really keen to try a Minty Fizz puzzle, but the extra shipping makes them more expensive for me over here in the UK - eventually though I’ll get my hands on one of Kelly’s gorgeous puzzles too 😍. Enjoy all of them when you get around to them - thanks for the video and congrats on 500 subs! I’m certain you’ll smash that figure and more 😃
I totally fell for the Jaguar A&F once I saw all those textures. Hope you are eventually able to try a Mintyfizz!! I’m thinking about doing that one as a video on the channel, since I do enjoy a 500-piece puzzle for a video since it’s less onerous timewise to make.
I've never heard of Art & Fable. I really like the unique art in the puzzles you showcase in this video (I'm a sucker for distinct patterns or pops of color in a puzzle--makes sorting so much more fun!). I'm curious to know how you think they measure up to Ravensburger in terms of quality and cut. Also, do they have a matt finish?
Oh, I love Ravensburger. Aside from trying as many new brands as I can, Ravensburger is my standby/go-to brand. The puzzle pieces aren’t always tightly interlocking (sometimes more so than others), but I really like the sturdiness and overall feel of their pieces, and the images/variety of images. Their pieces are on the more matte side but have a bit of glare. Maybe 25% glare, not super shiny. At some point once I reorganize the room I puzzle in, I hope to show at least part of my collection, including the Ravensburgers.
I hear you! I can be quite picky too about images. My to-do stack is out of control now, but it's great that it's the holidays and I'll have some extra time to work through what's left.

The Mintyfizz one was amazing. If you haven't seen already, I put up a new video doing that one. Enjoyed watching one of your puzzle hauls today!

I love my to do puzzle pile, I’m quite fussy though.
