After the LU shuts down for night there are band of people who clean the tunnels called fluffers

Elad Avivi metropolitan Line trains do not normally stop there along with some other stations

Because of the length of the Met Line, it has three different services. Normal, Semi-fast and Fast. The one you saw at the beginning was a semi-fast service meaning it skips some stops

Because it is either a Fast service, which skips a few stations or it does not stop at that station since it it being used by another line.
