Hey bro this drone flies pretty good and has a decent flight time, but unfortunately the app is not great, it lags quite a bit for the fpv live feed and also i couldn't get any of the flight features to work
@@PERTHWESTOZRC If I buy one without obstacle detection sensors, I understand that if I enable the option for the drone to return itself, it may hit an obstacle? Because I'm wondering whether it makes sense to pay extra for this option or whether it is unnecessary.
Be careful this drone i think can take off without you controlling it, this happened to me and i turned my remote off and it still wouldn't stop drone from propelling 😅
@@PERTHWESTOZRC Sounds like it was working perfectly correctly, Dave. On loss of signal (by turning the Tx off) a correctly set up GPS drone will rise to the set RTH height (120m?) no matter where it is, before returning to the set Home Point before descending slowly, landing and shutting off. Once initiated, our mate there can push all the buttons he likes - should have just got out of the way. 🙄😜😁
Meh, please don't bother with cheap drones. If you want a camera drone, get the DJI that closest fits your budget. That camera seems to give, what, 720 at four frames second? I think I can hold that good a hover with acro mode LOL.
These elcheapo drones are just for learning or fooling around with. I have a good Phantom that produces excellent results but only gets taken out of its case a few times a year. Just the battery for it costs several times what 1 of these toys do. This style of toy gets a run most weekends by myself or visitors to our Sunday fun flying sessions. Also these can be run just about anywhere (with a bit of common sense!) - no weekly updates etc required. Not sure I'd recommend this 1 though. Those pusher motors don't do anything except put the props closer to smacking something when landing. 😱😉😊

I think with all of the lag in the video, that could be one reason the functions are not working correctly. Good review Dave.
Yes the app ain't the best for this drone, the lag is terrible. Cheers for watching Greg
Hey Dave for a budget GPS drone this one looked promising, too bad the app is garbage.
Cheers 🍻 👍
Yes I agree, the RX Drone app let's this drone down, otherwise it flies rather well! cheers for watching Dan
Hey dave this one looks good 😊
I been thinking about checking it out since i seen Quadcopter 101 and Van City's Review on it.. how do like it?

PERTH WEST OZ RC Is there a similar drone for similar money or $25-30 more expensive, but with image stabilization?
@@SebastianPolakk yes check out my Lyzrc L200 gps drone review, that's really best you can guy at a great price with 2axis gimbal
@@PERTHWESTOZRC
Thanks for the advice. I'll take a look at this drone. Greetings from Poland.

Pusher props are a no-no on a drone, Dave - just more likely to hit the grass/rocks/etc. A mate years ago had a little Cheerson GPS pusher - useless.
Yep I agree, I prefer the motors facing upwards on drone arms rather than underneath
Get what you can afford cheap one sometimes better than high prices ones ,fact.
Just had a look at it on banggood says it has a 2000m range 🤔 nevertheless it's only 49 English pounds
Yeah definitely the range is exaggerated on the telemetry, I will be uploading my range test today

Really? That's odd but I guess it could happen if you had a faulty one from the factory. This one I have flies and operates flawlessly though.
