I'm curious about the phoenix Can it be taken to the manticore arena? If yes how well does it do? Also do mantis next for the island bosses if possible and if they are good against the overseer
I play in an unnoficial server that has a higher cap for weapons and saddles (755% and 354 respectively) and i brought an army of mantis with 42 base hp and 43 damage with 4k hp and the rest into damage and they hit like a truck in boss fights lol It’s been a while since i dont bring ONLY mantis to a boss fight, usually i bring only 5-10 and position them behind the bosses for some extra damage against it, but they perform really well - specially now that they fixed their jump attack bug that kept them flying away from the bosses
We managed to get a 180 Fasola saddle bp so I’ve been breeding a fasola army. With only 5-6 levels I can get them up to 30k hp and only need a few mutations to get them up to 20k base hp. They also have 51 base levels in mele so they can dish out some damage easily over 2k damage against normal enemies and when killing tanky enemies like alpha Moses (they are also good swimmers) they can really benefit from the increased damage from every hit
I'd actually like to see the silver team in the tek cave considering the majority only lost to the broodmother it would be interesting to see love your videos thus far
dang, little surprised they lost this honestly. Fasolasuchus seemed like a better sarco at first glance. Also, have you SEEN the additional creatures 2 FASOLA? that thing is absurdly broken, bleed attacks on its bite that ignore armor, insane base damage resist, IMMUNITY to fire breaths(Even the dragons breath) That thing could clear all levels gamma, beta, alpha easily.
hey an idea for the broodmother fight. i heard someone say that putting bug repellant on your riding dino means the spiders ignore you. would you be willing to try this?

Fasalo is incredibly good and its a shame alot of people are going to get the wrong idea about them. Their sand whip attack makes the target completely unable to attack back. Depending on drag weight, like a giga for example, you can stop them from attacking for 10 seconds. They also do reflection damage like a kentro that also adds a corrosive debuff, including when they attack. That's why the attack speed is so slow. With enough stacks of the debuff, the target takes 25% extra damage from all sources! So, once the target is softened up, you sand whip them and then pull out your strongest weapon like a shotgun and start blasting. Having a buddy on another one using the sand whirlpool adds an extra deady combo to the mix. These were designed to be reliable PvE mounts (And very good for PvP) that have more of an assist roll and these may not be very great at the Island bosses but I've got a feeling that they will be invaluable for Genesis missions. Which at the end of the day, the Alpha Brute fights are waaaaay harder than the bosses lol But yeah, great video and it's unfortunate that the Fasalo doesn't do well against these bosses because thanks to Wildcard and their infinite wisdom, made it so their abilities don't work on them 😔
Thanks for the feedback! They're definitely still useful, it didn't take many mutations to get to this point and maxing out experience levels would probably have been different
I’m thinking turning off ai ability will help. They cleared center no issues on gama/beta/alpha. With 25k hp 545-575 melee. I figure if we take out the ai abilities it will increase the amount of time they spend fighting the boss

Im excited to see the mantis their health will be there down fall, but man a ridden imprinted mantis with 298 swords would be a powerhouse

Sure they're not great but it didn't take a whole lot to get to that point!! 40 more experience levels is easy to get and their stats a pretty beefy

I like that you're still using the island bosses for SE creatures - the manticore has too many cons for this type of series
