OMG SAME! Thank you Burberry for not putting any friggin' jasmine in here! No Jasmine and no Patchouli. Also no Orange Blossom which is good for me as those notes are the worst for overpowering everything else! It's a vanilla perfume that people who don't normally like vanilla perfumes can love! On first spray I was sure there was fruit in here. I'd need to try it again to work out what it was, but there is something bright that doesn't feel like ginger. My skin really brought out the laconic tone of the vanilla caviar and then the more it dried down, out came that cacao and that's what tipped it into a want for me! I think it would be a super easy reach and people may be snarky about easy to wear perfumes, but they're the best in any collection as far as I'm concerned! It's way overpriced for a Burberry but I still kind of want a little bottle of it. You can't get travel sizes or mini's in the UK for some reason.... bit outrageous for a British company to have fewer options over here than in the US, LOL!

The lavender and ginger are really noticeable on my skin and that's what I love about it!! I bought a 30 ml bottle and I'm wearing it non-stop!
This was love at first sniff for me. I used a chunk of Ulta points to get it and I have not stopped wearing it. It smells like a deeper, sweeter version of Burberry Brit for women which I also love!
I bought the same set on Saturday and I agree, it’s a grown women perfume type of vanilla. I need the big bottle asap! It’s up there on my list for 2023 releases
I’m surprised the overpricing for designer fragrances is now being realized with Burberry Goddess lol especially with the recent Black Opium Le Parfum that’s more expensive. Almost 200 ($180) for designer that’s not in a private line or even a full 100 mL is crazy. I think they’re hiking up prices so they make the same amount with discounts applied 🤷🏾♀️
I’ve noticed the prices going up too 😣 but I feel like everything in life has gone up 😩 I hate putting gas and doing groceries because I can’t believe some of the prices I’m seeing lately 🫢
I got the 1.6oz for $90 and no tax on the military base. It smells amazing! I love it so much! It’s a strong vanilla with a touch of lavender. Cozy and pretty!
I LOVE IT! its spicy and aromatic in the opening, then dries down to a gorgeous sweet perfumey cacoa vanilla! I got the 50ml and plan to get a 100ml too!
I had no plan to buy this perfume thinking it was going to be a gourmand vanilla. But my mom surprised me with the 100ml bottle for my birthday! It wasn’t love at first sniff for me either but it’s definitely growing on me. I just sprayed it all over myself again today and I think I’m loving it more and more!! I actually love that this doesn’t lean to a gourmand vanilla, this is actually unique 😌 I don’t really like dessert vanillas and find them cloying on my skin. I’m also pregnant and this doesn’t make me sick at all, which is a plus! Great review Amy and your makeup looks bomb as usual! 🔥

I love the almondy spicy scent that one gives so I’ll definitely smell them side by side but from memory I don’t think they smell similar 🥴☺️ Brit to me is way more cozy, almondy, spicy and less sexy to my nose. I want to run and smell them both now haha!

This perfume gave me a headache the first couple of times I smelled it but I still bought it because it’s beautiful!! I wore it on my wrists today to play around with it and surprisingly no headache. It does slightly remind me of Dedcool’s Taunt but better.
So I'm just finding your video after I bought my travel size Goddess set and let me just say you described it the same way I would have! 🎯 it was a blind buy for me but I trusted it because I love Burberry and haven't been disappointed yet!❤ also you are right about the dry down being more gourmand..smells very caramelized on me (and I love it!) The only thing I would say is that I will be layering this perfume with a nice vanilla smelling lotion to help it last longer, but yes, a Gorgeous fragrance!❤❤
I went to Sephora to try it on freshly cleaned skinned with no other scents. The lavender, ginger and vanilla combination was beautiful and aromatic. 💜Burberry was about to get my money!! I sprayed it twice on the same arm, left the store and gave it a test run. That was an hour ago. Now it’s a very close to skin scent. Beautiful fragrance. Sadly it’s lasting power is weak. 💔
For everyone wanting to try it please give it a try before buying it's just straight up vanilla and it may not change much on the skin definitely not if u live in tropical country if you are a vanilla fan it might smell better in winters

I received mine today and I love it. First I almost thought of Alien Goddess. That was for e second. But it’s different. Especially the dry down. It’s now 4 hours later and I can still smell it👍. ❤
I originally smelled this in a magazine. I usually throw the perfumes pages away but I kept smelling something delicious! It was Burberry Goddess. I sprayed some on a piece of paper at Ulta, not willing to pay $100 for a tiny bottle and took it home. Each day I would seek it out to get a whiff. Just got better & better. It’s feminine & yummy! So happy no jasmine is in it….. It is beautiful!!!

I have already layered it with Bum Bum firmeza oil as well as the Burberry goddess lotion. Both are nice but it also stands alone as a class act.

I’ve been disappointed this summer in the new releases. I even have a little money set aside specifically for a new scent. Nothing has caught my eye. When I saw this yesterday and read the notes I immediately ordered the set you got. I’m so excited to try it!
A lot of disappointments with a lot of the summer releases, and the audacity of these brands charging the prices they’re charging is ridiculous. Packaging basic notes with poor projecting and longevity, they’re going have to work hard and give me something worth my coins. I want to stand out smelling fancy when I wear my fragrances.
**Update!** my sample came today 😊. First impression….. it’s giving me Obsession vibes! Obsession was my signature scent years ago. It’s not a dupe…. but could be a younger cousin. It has the same kind of deep, sexy scent. For me it’s more of a fall/winter or date night scent. I’ll wear it overnight and see what happens. My husband said it smells “fresh and fruity”!! Ha! I don’t get that at all. As of right now I ‘like’ it…. but not sure I’m ready to drop $170 on it. If someone were starting a minimalist perfume collection it would be a great addition, as it ticks off a lot of boxes. Oh! And I detect NO lavender at all! All I get is a musky, spicy vanilla. Not necessarily a bad thing… but I was hoping for a little lavender.

I was looking for recommendations for mens fragrances, and I saw he was reviewing the new Burberry Goddess! He made it sound so beautiful! He was right! I love it! Reminds me a bit of Mon Guerlain and a bit of BO L Parfum! Similar vanilla as in B Opium L Parfum!!! Be blessed young lady!
I'm. Obsessed. I currently have it on my hand layered with Whipped Coconut Milkshake and I can't stop smelling my hand. It's so beautiful. WCM addec that extra sweetness it was missing.
Thank God I work at the airport where it’s $139 for the 100ml, $109 for the 50ml at the duty free. With my 20% off discount, I paid $121.07 including tax Sephora can keep it $168 for 100ml, $129 for 50ml, and $100 for 30ml. I feel bad for those who aren’t working in an airport or are not traveling and have to pay these outrageous prices.

My recent Sephora order included Burburry Goddess. It smells like Baccarat Rouge 540, but better. It smelled like BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar at first. It changes to smell divine. I'm going to pick up a bigger bottle at the next VIB sale.

I smelled it and tried it at the airport and I really liked it. It's sweet🍬🍭, gourmande as you said, I will definitely buy it. In my opinion it's got nothing to do with the other Burberry fragrances. I find it very sexy sweet🍬🍭, it's the type of fragrances I love wearing.
I liked at first snif but I didn’t love it and first snif. It reminded of so many things things and my nose couldn’t quite understand but I tested it on me then went to a party ( each person that hugged said I smell good). The vanilla in this is reminiscent of Madagascar Vanilla oil by Nest, the lavender in it is reminiscent to Lira, I get a powdery touch that is reminiscent to Prada Candy or Voce Viva.

Omg it reminds me of a fragrance I had but I couldn’t put my finger on it!!! But I do have to say, it’s nice, the dry down is better than the beginning which seemed cheap to me, butttt the cost….oh heck no!!! I ain’t spending that much, they are getting ridiculous with their prices! Annoying!
I really like it! It is not what I expected, I was hoping for the next best lavender after lavandes trianon but it’s still good. I actually get the lavender but like you said it’s not gourmand it’s like a very pretty perfumy aromatic vanilla. It’s has this softness to it. Now it’s really overpriced for what it is in my opinion but I was able to get it from Selfridges at a prices that sit better with me so I got myself a refill and a 30ml

It smells just like Vanilla Potion from TJ Maxx! It’s just a $158 price difference 😅 the smell is nice. But nothing new.. Soo I think imma pass until the price drops

I’ve been disappointed this summer in the new releases. I even have a little money set aside specifically for a new scent. Nothing has caught my eye. When I saw this yesterday and read the notes I immediately ordered the set you got. I’m so excited to try it!
A lot of disappointments with a lot of the summer releases, and the audacity of these brands charging the prices they’re charging is ridiculous. Packaging basic notes with poor projecting and longevity, they’re going have to work hard and give me something worth my coins. I want to stand out smelling fancy when I wear my fragrances.
**Update!** my sample came today 😊. First impression….. it’s giving me Obsession vibes! Obsession was my signature scent years ago. It’s not a dupe…. but could be a younger cousin. It has the same kind of deep, sexy scent. For me it’s more of a fall/winter or date night scent. I’ll wear it overnight and see what happens. My husband said it smells “fresh and fruity”!! Ha! I don’t get that at all. As of right now I ‘like’ it…. but not sure I’m ready to drop $170 on it. If someone were starting a minimalist perfume collection it would be a great addition, as it ticks off a lot of boxes. Oh! And I detect NO lavender at all! All I get is a musky, spicy vanilla. Not necessarily a bad thing… but I was hoping for a little lavender.

I was looking for recommendations for mens fragrances, and I saw he was reviewing the new Burberry Goddess! He made it sound so beautiful! He was right! I love it! Reminds me a bit of Mon Guerlain and a bit of BO L Parfum! Similar vanilla as in B Opium L Parfum!!! Be blessed young lady!

Thank God I work at the airport where it’s $139 for the 100ml, $109 for the 50ml at the duty free. With my 20% off discount, I paid $121.07 including tax Sephora can keep it $168 for 100ml, $129 for 50ml, and $100 for 30ml. I feel bad for those who aren’t working in an airport or are not traveling and have to pay these outrageous prices.

You were right on the nose about the nose on cacao and ginger it was not a love at first and sniff for me either, but I let it sit and I said, what’s that smell I had to go back… fast forward a couple of days yesterday I was gifted this as a birthday present thankful

My recent Sephora order included Burburry Goddess. It smells like Baccarat Rouge 540, but better. It smelled like BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar at first. It changes to smell divine. I'm going to pick up a bigger bottle at the next VIB sale.

I smelled it and tried it at the airport and I really liked it.
It's sweet🍬🍭, gourmande as you said, I will definitely buy it. In my opinion it's got nothing to do with the other Burberry fragrances. I find it very sexy sweet🍬🍭, it's the type of fragrances I love wearing.
I liked at first snif but I didn’t love it and first snif. It reminded of so many things things and my nose couldn’t quite understand but I tested it on me then went to a party ( each person that hugged said I smell good). The vanilla in this is reminiscent of Madagascar Vanilla oil by Nest, the lavender in it is reminiscent to Lira, I get a powdery touch that is reminiscent to Prada Candy or Voce Viva.
Now I have a travel size and so far I love it!

Omg it reminds me of a fragrance I had but I couldn’t put my finger on it!!! But I do have to say, it’s nice, the dry down is better than the beginning which seemed cheap to me, butttt the cost….oh heck no!!! I ain’t spending that much, they are getting ridiculous with their prices! Annoying!
This fragrance reminds me of Naxos by Xerjoff, but more vanilla/feminine. I really like it, I’m planning to get a bottle for sure. :)
I really like it! It is not what I expected, I was hoping for the next best lavender after lavandes trianon but it’s still good. I actually get the lavender but like you said it’s not gourmand it’s like a very pretty perfumy aromatic vanilla. It’s has this softness to it.
Now it’s really overpriced for what it is in my opinion but I was able to get it from Selfridges at a prices that sit better with me so I got myself a refill and a 30ml

I tried it in store and I like it a lot but it was a like a skin scent. And it smells familiar! The bottle is gorgeous but I think it’s overpriced.
If you don’t like lavender, you won’t like this new fragrance. I tried it at Macys and the lavender is very noticeable.
It does remind me of mon guerlain but with way more vanilla. Which is what I wanted from mon guerlain. So I’m happy with it. I blind bought it from Ulta based on the notes.
