I was waiting for a video like this. The overuse of pre workouts is just insane among gym goers and since last 10years loads of companies have shifted to labelling the ingredients as “blends” or “proprietary blends” in order to avoid disclosing the amount of individual ingredients in their products. Using this loop hole they are trying to get away with ridiculously underdosed/overdosed products. I have personally stopped using pre workout supplements for a long time because I was cautious enough to understand why they make me so much jittery. I am a WNBF athlete and I didnt find a lot of athletes in my federation who “abuse” pre workouts. Thank you very much @trustified for bringing this issue in the limelight.
Thank you Arpit on this lab test, this was a much needed one, i was planning to buy psychotic as any other pre workout was not giving me that kick. I consumed half scoop of pyschotic and had worked out for almost 2.5 hrs with same intensity. So i was planning on buying pyshotic but had a second thought of the high caffeine dosage. With this test i can say i wont ever look at this brand again. I think any preworkout with 200 mg caffeine is good enough for any high intensity workout.
Avoid pre workout brother it's not safe for your health, it will create tolerance level very quickly and whenever u stop taking pre workout u will never feel to workout that way

And unived as far I have heard only good things about unived from every influencer idts trystified will test unived so there's no effort in saying to test this and that. Ithrive magnesium glycinate is also good and nutrija is also a good brand one thing that makes me believe that unived is good cuz look at their multivitamin they have mentioned forms of the vitamins and minerals while nobody mentions it and the forms are good like magnesium citrate or threonate which isn't cheap quality like magnesium oxide so yeah this is it if you got any good magnesium glycinate brands then do inform me
One of the retail store use to sells this for 1400 to 1600. And the trainers used to promote this like hell. Ideally clients going to the gym have blind trust in trainers. People should do a bit of research before buying the product.

You should do lab test of largely used local brands like Legendary Sport Nutrition , MUSCLE GEAR , sport plus because these brands are used by a large number of gym goers due to their low price and trainer and supplement shop setting
Avoid taking pre-workout powders before every workout, just get your own sleep right the night before or have some proper carb loaded pre-workout meal. You'll go a long way. Its much healthier that way. If you're cutting especially.

Guys chill. I took it in the past and Im alive 😂 Im okay with 1-2 cups of black coffee now a days. Just don’t rely on pre-workouts and build a lifestyle instead. You wouldn’t be able to workout if you keep making the doses of pre workout higher and higher. It’s not sustainable and dangerous as well. If you still want to consider it, use it on days you really need it and then take a gap of 2 weeks atleast once you finish a pre workout before ordering a new one.
