I do think rhat Talon Gates of Madara will be seen as a design mistake in several months time, it's own ability to be put into play at instant speed and act as removal is very hard to interact with and is just one more way to gotcha someone who thought they were protected by a Grand Abolisher. Its also relatively efficient removal for problematic creatures in general just in regards to being played in lands decks that might be able to loop it. Who can say for sure but i think its a very strong contender for sleeper of the set.

Emperor of Bones is my personal favorite from MH3. He is the reason i built a Coram deck.

if an opponent casts something on their turn and my powerbalance revealed a creature of same cmc, can i cast it on their turn?

That is a nice question, the wording on it is basically you just cast it ignoring timing restrictions, or should it should be as most spells that say cast it without paying it's cost and no other restriction would mean ignoring time. Otherwise that card would not be insane :D Do recommend double checking / waiting for release notes
