I just found your videos and this is super helpful. First of all thank you for spreading the knowledge and please keep on making these videos, which I can tell are very educational for all the people with spinal problems.
Could you also share some knowledge on a massive disk dehydration causes, any possible treatment to prevent it if you are not a smoker :D this is a kind of very relatable to me as I was diagnosed with this condition at a very young age and now I am 33 and still facing this problem causing more and more operations done to me.
    Thank you in advance

Thank you for your kind words.
Disc degeneration (which some people also refer to as 'disc dehydration') is a very complex phenomenon. There is a strong genetic component to this condition, and it is exacerbated by various other factors (such as smoking, heavy physical labor, heavy weight-lifting etc). Once disc degeneration starts it is not possible to reverse this condition, unfortunately.

Dr your presentation was very nice. What is a normal spinal diameter at the various levels from L1 to L5 for person of old age at 60. What is the spinal diameter at various levels from L1 to L5 for a person with sciatica

In general, if the AP diameter of the spinal canal is less than 12mm, it is considered to be stenotic.
Here is a nice paper which discusses this topic:

Dr. If a patient is having sciatica it is advised not to ben forward and do not drive two wheeler. What is your advice on this

Thank you for reaching out. Posture can make a big difference when it comes to sciatica symptoms. Your best bet is to consult with a good physical therapist who can recommend proper body-mechanics for your particular condition. Best of luck!

      Thank you for reaching out.
You can roughly think of discs degeneration as a series of steps: Bulge-> Protrusion-> Extrusion-> Sequestration. I will be making a video illustrating this sequence, stay tuned.
In the meantime, you can watch this video to help you understand which nerve goes where in the leg:
