Now that you are moved in with the essentials (a maybe a bit more, as you said), I am curious what is your GVW is now? We are looking at this model and want to full-time it. But, we are concerned about the low GVWR for the G3950. We have a motorcycle that will use almost 1000lbs, so we are worried about not having capacity for our essentials, not to mention desirables. So, if you could tell us your GVW that would be wonderful! Thanks! And looking forward to more videos and tours!
Hi Mick! First off, thank you for being here! :) We have not weighted it yet, BUT, based on its driving now that we are fully moved in and downsized some more items (which is constantly a work in progress for us!), I think we are within the limit, or right at the top. We purchased a 3500 diesel Duel Wheel, and honestly, that was the peace we needed. It can haul way more than the GVW this RV allows, just in case. But both of us have noticed it is now driving like BUTTER, since we actually decided what we want to keep and toss. I have seen lots of Brinkley owners who live full time and carry 2-4 motorcycles complexity fine! If you are worried, I would go with a truck with larger towing capacity! I would be happy to weigh this next time we hit the road for you too!!!

It would tell me how much downsizing we need to do. But, honestly, I'm not worried about the truck; you have a great truck, and I'll follow your lead there. I'm worried about exceeding the RV's limits. The 3950 can only carry 3800 lbs (less, really, based on the tire rating). The bike and fresh water are over 2000 lbs. So, I'm concerned about gear, clothes, and food, let alone anything extra.

We are a bit indifferent. I think we really both love the look of it. But Chase really really wanted recliners. The day we picked up our RV, Brinkley came out with the recliner L couch for this model. So we may try to swap them. This couch is nice looking, but have to agree that It isn’t very wide or “cozy” for lounging :/
I am curious about the washer and dryer. Looks like you have vented the dryer through the temporary wall, behind the toilet, and then out the side. How did you route it through the temporary bathroom wall?
Yes we did!! We cut a hole in the temp wall and in the RV wall (we had the specs given to us and the dealership who did the installation) so we knew were studs were and where to avoid! Just cut a hole and if we want to move the temp wall, just take the hose out of the wall and slide it out then fold wall! ❤️
@@donnabezner7542 We did not record the actual unit installation but we have the recording of putting the dryer hose and vent installation due to damage from the installation crew we hired to put it in the first time 🙃.
