First off, thank you for being here! :) We have not weighted it yet, BUT, based on its driving now that we are fully moved in and downsized some more items (which is constantly a work in progress for us!), I think we are within the limit, or right at the top. We purchased a 3500 diesel Duel Wheel, and honestly, that was the peace we needed. It can haul way more than the GVW this RV allows, just in case. But both of us have noticed it is now driving like BUTTER, since we actually decided what we want to keep and toss. I have seen lots of Brinkley owners who live full time and carry 2-4 motorcycles complexity fine! If you are worried, I would go with a truck with larger towing capacity! I would be happy to weigh this next time we hit the road for you too!!!

@@TravelReimagined_ Thanks for the response! I'm enjoying watching everything you share about your adventures and RV life. I think getting it weighed would make a great video! It would tell me how much downsizing we need to do. But, honestly, I'm not worried about the truck; you have a great truck, and I'll follow your lead there. I'm worried about exceeding the RV's limits. The 3950 can only carry 3800 lbs (less, really, based on the tire rating). The bike and fresh water are over 2000 lbs. So, I'm concerned about gear, clothes, and food, let alone anything extra.

Yes!!! It has been a GREAT rig so far, and the customer service CANNOT be beat. They are so helpful with ANY small or large issues. I cannot recommend @brinkleyrv enough!

I am not always wearing shoes if I just open the door for the dog or sometimes I am taking off my shoes at the mat below (i NEVER wear shoes inside!) and am heading back in shoeless!

Nope we aren’t. 😆 We worked extremely hard for over 10 years, the market just kept getting bigger and harder for us to actually afford a home. So the money we were saving for a downpayment, we decided to buy an RV! We explain this all in a video we work extremely hard and we still work full-time well on the road, I’m a business owner of three businesses, and my husband has a full-time job where he works almost 60 hours a week. I’m sorry you assumed otherwise, but we have worked extremely hard for this and are very excited for our adventure that we absolutely deserve.!!

I think that’s what we’re doing! I always close before he takes the pipes off. But for some reason, we’re always getting a small bit of spillage? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I thought I was doing that lol 🫣😂

We always close the valve before we remove but the one seems to always leak no matter what :( I am guessing it is an issue with the seal. Any suggestions:?

⁠@@TravelReimagined_if your talking about the trailer valves yes they leak. The addition of the valterra valve at the end of the waste pipe where your cap is will stop the leaks
