Thanks! Best rules explanation and play through video I have seen and I have watched a few. Helped me get this game to the table yesterday and teach it to others. We really enjoyed the game. Now I need to find the expansion!
Watched the whole thing, and makes me so glad I didn't pass on this game. I backed this on a whim because it was Final Frontier and it was great theme/art. Very much enjoy what I see. Usually I'm bored watching gameplays (even for games I'm excited about) in general but this game for some reason holds my interest to watch it get played. I take that as a good sign I'll love the game myself once it arrives. I'd also be curious to see you play through Spook Manor because that one looked really interesting too
That is definitely on the ‘to do list’ first up is finish editing this 2-player session though 😅. And yeah, the game is loads of fun! Glad I pulled the trigger because I wasn’t convinced either 😅.
CORRECTION: - When you have a foot symbol on a die you get to CHOOSE a colour and then move that Grunt. So if it's on a red die you don't have to move the witch, you can choose any colour you want.
Nope, there are no white dice. The white refers to ‘any coloured die’ so you just take the highest value die, ignoring colour, for example. If I remember correctly anyway 😁
Hey. I haven't played yet, but when I read the rulebook it seemed to me that when you have multiple grunts of the same colour you are supposed to move ALL of them (when you move the dice to the foot symbol before moving them to their final destination), and not just one of the grunts like you did in the video. Could that be true, or did I misunderstand that? PS. this is not meant to be critical of the video since I thought it was great and helped me get a better idea of the game overall before I play it.
Yup, that’s correct! I guess I missed it in the video somewhere? But yeah when you have a foot symbol you choose one colour and move all the monsters of that colour 1 step, in any order you want. Don’t worry about being critical or not, it’s how other people get better 😁. Thanks for pointing it out!

Glad you like it!
Planning to get this back to the table for Halloween 😁😁
Nice playthrough! Question: does the Malice tracker goes back to zero after that round is over?
No, so you can save some malice for the next round. Just remember that when you reach 8 every malice you earn is wasted after that.

I'm a little confused about the "white die" on the solo card. Are there even white dice in the game for the spook mobiles??
Nope, there are no white dice. The white refers to ‘any coloured die’ so you just take the highest value die, ignoring colour, for example.

@@somanygamessolittletimesmg7725 hi...nice video but i think you missed moving especially both your pink grunts almost all of the time
Yeah definitely looks like that 😅
