Hi Sarah! I'm moroccan and the sauce looks like a combination of Harissa (Moroccan spicy traditional sauce), white sauce that looks like shawarma sauce (many Moroccans also make it using greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon, mint), and then maybe olive oil as well.

Hi Sarah! Hi Kyuho! The kitties are looking so healthy!
You guys! I’m soooo jelly! Your foreign grocery store carries Huy Fong Sriracha Sauce…… The original! We cannot get it here in Southern California. The factory is not able to produce, because they can no longer get their hands on the chiles to make the sauce. I’ve checked on Amazon, and what used to be $3+ for a bottle, people are asking upwards of $20+….. up to over $100! Highway robbery I’m telling ya! 😂
I love how excited you both got over the American ‘luxuries,’ at Yong San Park. Things that we Americans take for granted. ❤ I’m super excited for you both and your upcoming trip to Canada! I’m so happy that Beemo will be well taken care of! Our fur babies are our children, so knowing that you can both travel in peace and comfort is always a good thing. Take care! @@artofdealing ……We used to attend the Huy Fong open house EVERY single year. It’s a free event, where you walk through the factory, watching the process, from chile grinding to bottling, to packaging. The owner/creator (Mr. David Tran) would greet everyone. They would have the dancing dragons. You would get to try everything that they created, from their popcorn, to their beef jerky, to their ice cream. You’d get a swag bag with a t-shirt and a bottle of either Sriracha or Sambal. It’s very sad that Huy Fong had a falling out with the long time growers of their chiles. Huy Fong has an on-site store, where you can purchase Sriracha t-shirts, socks, gifts, etc. They used to be chock full of products. 😭

@@2hearts1seoul That's relieving to hear. I was there a couple of weeks ago and it was bad. I just assumed it was still bad but now Quebec has over ten thousand displaced residents and Montreal has the worst air quality in the world today. I just assumed N.S. was having the same issues. Good for your family that it is better. It has been a crazy start to the summer. We had a national holiday in Quebec yesterday and they cancelled the fireworks due to the fires. I had to go out and get toilet paper. Barely anyone was outside. It felt like it was lockdown again.

So awful 😔 I think Nova Scotia had some pretty bad forest fires going on first, and then, when those started to fizzle out, some really bad ones started in Quebec. Such a mess :(

Well, as a Korean I don't think it's a waste cuz even if they rent out the houses, most people can't afford to live in Yongsan area. Yongsangu is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Seoul and there are already huge apartment complex right across that military base.
I think it‘s worth to keep it as a park so that many people can freely visit and remember Korea's history😊.
Also it is located right next to Yongsan Family Park and National Museum of Korea, so the entire area is a great travel spot.

I don't think it's a waste cuz it has become a park, not a place where only a few rich people can own. Many tourists can enjoy the old vibe of American houses in central Seoul and remember the modern history of Korea. And Yongsangu is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Seoul and there are already huge apartment complexes and villas nearby.

I don't understand why they wouldn't allow low income people to live in military housing that is now empty. It's very nice there and should be put to good use for low income families or the elderly. It's too nice to remain empty.
