I was taught that you cannot use the taser on someone more than three times in a row. After that, each use is a use of deadly force legally speaking. Like, it's equal to just shooting him over and over in the eyes of the law. I don't fault them personally. You do what you have to do to stop an insane person on some hardcore drugs who could seriously injure people.
Sometimes you need to use extreme force for these drugies, i seen a video of a guy on bath salts and a cop was tasering him but the guy was slowly walking over to him.
