Sadly when they played Southampton the engine Rooms venue on Monday the sound was the same volume as this gig in Birmingham; way too loud - and the bass was so loud it flooded the mid range frequencies and spoilt it. I stayed for an hour and then went home. I’ve been touring and in bands most of my life, including a 5 1/2 years tour with a pop tribute group; so I know what a loud sound system sounds like.
