Not trying to be a "jerk" but offering a tip or opinion. Everyone of these videos using the HF small tire changers has the same results. and there are a lot of them. You state you are experienced in changing tires. Then you should know there is way to much slop/movement in the tool. Any movement = wasted energy and struggling in doing the job. Maybe you should do a video on how to modify/improve the HF tire changer so it is sturdy and don't have all the slop movement in it. I haven't seen one of them yet.
