- Arduino Audio Meter is a new pedal from ElectroSmash. It's basically a 16x16 LED matrix in a guitar pedal form factor with an Arduino Uno inside, which means you can code your own effects.

Great Video!!! I would prefer LEDs in the Green/ blue/ violet colors....but amber makes it! Maybe the next rendition would have multiple colors?
I am not very musical, but I am tempted by the blinky lights aspect of it!!! , and that it is a KIT!!! COOL!!!
thanks! yeah it's a really great kit. I'm sure if you wanted to you could get some matrices in your preferred color and use those instead
I wish this was more videly available, even in like a rack format because I would like to have an idea what I'm actually doing when I'm fiddling with my analog setup.
(I realize I could probably run it through my PC and use a visual EQ or analyzer in Reaper.)
i've actually considered trying to convert this to a rack mount setup either with that build or rebuilding it
Now I want to try one with a Leonardo so I can have the pmem space to put multiple effects!

We wouldn't have to buy all these guitars if we could just adjust the raw guitar frequencies in conjunction with an equalizer. I suspect we will need a much higher resolution.

i didn't test that but as long as it's an audio signal then it should in theory react to it so i think you could probably use it for that

have you tried spark funs proto pedal? is it any good?
