This is very helpful, I'm looking forward to the other videos in the series. I haven't messed around with etching, but this series appears to side-step part of that issue.
Hi Paul. Have you made the video about uploading to OSHPark yet? I cant seem to find it. I've created a fuzz PCB. Is there a way to create the Schematic from the PCB layout or does it only work from Schematic to PCB?
@@erikvincent5846 thankyou. I just started to design a schematic for DIY. Do you have any recommendations for the software? Maybe the ones that most pedalbuilder/diy-er use..
@@WilliamCarlosG I use an older copy of EAGLE, version 7, which is pretty popular. I know a lot of folks who use KiCAD. Dip Trace is still used by a few folks as well.
Hey, i greatly appreciate your knowledge (insert name here). Do you know of a free program for beginners that i could download that's easy to use? thank you again :)

If you are making a single layer board should the copper layer be on the 2nd layer or 1st?

hi where do you get your pcbs fabricated from ?
Hi, I wonder which software you use to design the PCB
Jonathan Cerezuela López cant tell... he got fraps in the way.. (FPS counter)
there is honestly alot of software for it. do a google search for pcb layout software and you'll get a crap ton of different ones.
Great video mate! What pcb designing software do you use in this video? Thanks
I believe Paul is using Dip Trace in this video.
