  • You can tell it's a Japanese forest because the bears speak Japanese.

First of all, love the videos. I just moved to Japan (Nagasaki prefecture), and previously had my motorcycle license in the US. I was wondering how I can get starting e-biking on a surron/talaria/e-bike pro, and if I need a license. I was considering buying a motorcycle, but I’ll only be here for 3 years, and I know that shipping motorcycles
can get tricky. Do you think it would be a better investment to get an e-motorcycle? Sorry to ask so many questions haha

Cheers, and welcome to Japan. No license required for off-road. Can’t advise you what to do but I can promise you it is hard to have more fun than a Surron on forest single track.

I'm waiting for Yamaha to respond to the Talaria Sting/SurRon. However, I understand Japan is more interested in hydrogen power for its economy?

US price about 4K? Stock battery will do around 40mph/70k depending, but it’s the mobility not the speed.

@@crodles They can be made road legal easily (here, anyway) and in this market they will soon have to be sold with ABS fitted as standard--which everyone will have to disable for trail riding. Will do a full vid on what these bikes are all about soon.
