Perfect
You should've done wide shots. It's hard to see what the rooms look like with the close-ups and swinging camera. 😕
You should of shown more of the kitchen.
At a million bucks, you would want a “turn key” property. However, it looks sound and the lot is huge. Even so, the house needs exterior painting and repairs. The kitchen, laundry and the “so- called baths” are total gut job rehabs. The fireplace will have to reappointed. Those god awful Florida windows will have to go. Most likely the electrical and heating will have to be upgraded. Being in Southern California, it will require ductless a/c and additional outlets are needed. Cosmetics aside, you’re looking at 250 to 300k on a budget, and 500k or more at the high end to make it comfortable.
The floors are oak not maple
Craftsman bungalows are my favorite; my fantasy is to live in one! Great house/outdoor space that needs some minor love, not surprising since the previous sale was 60+ yrs. ago. The built in buffet is fantastic! The louvered doors at 2:33 gotta go. Also noticed that the BR floors look scratched/worn, whereas the LR/DR floors look great.
I totally agree!
