First race and first Big track start with the new car! 5 Flags Speedway Modifieds of Mayhem

This was a big change of pace of me as a driver. New car and a big track tackled in the same weekend. Had a good practice Thursday night and made one spring change to get a solid base line to use for this car. Friday (Raceday) we made a stagger change for new tires to tighten the car up and ended up making too tight for qualifying which put me 15th of 18 cars. Goal was to finish the race in one piece while learning the car and the track. We accomplish that and more finishing the race 2 laps down and gained 4 positions to finish the race 11th. We will move forward to Nashville in June to continue learning the big tracks.
