Man, I want to thank you for the video. I had an idea of what to do but it was perfect to confirm that I had to remove the soldering of the trigger button mechanism. All in all a very practical video and I was able to replace it like a charm.
great job mate! I got a wired x360 alternative controller from a friend that has this problem. so its like 100% chance i got to do this? like, is a common thing for only the bumpers to stop working? thx in advance.

@@CustomDesign360 have you replaced bumpers on xbox 360 PowerA controllers? they're a bit different. one of the buttons is compressed and does not click. i can't find any youtube video for this particular controller brand.
Actually for me it was EASY, did it and it works perfectly! No need to disassemble every part, just plastic and work is possible. Only problem was I had to melt it too much for like 2 mins, and I though its other material, whats the problem.. But I was persisten and now I got new controller :)
Marshall Crabtree Yes I did it easy, don't be afraid to heat default solder for 2-3 minutes because its very strong. My tac switch is 0.20 euro but I replaced it one more time since that because it gone too soft and was responding very bad.. Its cheap but bad quality. But now I can replace it for 30 minutes so no problem :)
Anyone know where to get the switches? I got some from ebay but the round plasitc button part of the switch appears to be much shorter than the stock ones.
