Thank you. Yes, hahaha it could be a nightmare if you can't sleep easily when flying, I mean 14 hours in the air. But I think nowadays, more direct and longer flight are much preferable rather than to transit multiple times, especially from and to Australia (some places is just far far away).

Ohh no… a quick tip that worked for me is to make myself tired by walking or doing any busy things before the long haul flight and I’ll get to sleep faster 🙈😂

Haha, thank you 😅… Even when I flew for a 7-hour flight, after taking the first meal I went to sleep, and when I woke up the cabin was already prepared to land (I didn't even have my pre-landing meal)… so yeah I'm a good sleeper even in the economy seat when flying long haul ✌️🤣…
