I know that’s right... I used to call this stuff out, and part of that is consuming their wackiness to know exactly what is being said in the name of God. But, over the last year, I’ve had to turn away & focus on my own faith and family. The rabbit hole of heresy is deep and dark. If you go too far, you get too consumed with it.

My mom sent me the video featured here. My mom is one of those that believes Trump is still going to be president. She has even gone as far as saying that Trump is God's David. There is no arguing with her. I tried talking to her about it, but she isn't willing to listen. She is still very much into Pentacostalism. I just keep her in my prayers.

There is more to being a prophet than foretelling the future. There is also forth-telling God's word: truly speaking for by his inspiration: thus saith the Lord. The second test of a prophet is that even if the things they prophesy come true, they are not speaking for God if their message causes people to depart from the right path and worship other gods. So if William Branham's prophecy of California falling into the ocean came true, he still wasn't speaking for God when he said things like "E.S.P. is the Spirit of prophecy". That's a major red flag that he was not a true prophet.

I think it's fair to say with the kinds of abominable things that stem from there and the destruction of everything that is good, right, special and Godly, the USA is going to get a worse punishment. Simply because of having the Truth, knowing the Truth, having it so readily available, once ascribing to the morals and values that are God's standard and as a whole (the nation, not every single person) turning from it all and now openly accepts, promotes, engages in, rewards everything evil and people who stand against it or who speak or stand for the Truth are seen as the problem.

I'm embarrassed to admit I left this type of crazy church. It turned me off to Christianity all together. I love God, but I can't stand these fakers. These people do more damage than good.
I was in that circle years ago, and it was almost the same as it is today. I think many Christians, at one point or another, we caught up in this. Either by way of agreeing with them as being true or, as was you case and mine, actually attending a church like this. God bless!
I have a niece that’s Bipolar and I’ve experienced her mania first hand more than once. She spoke in the third person, she believed not only God, but dead celebrities and even the TV 📺 spoke to her directly 😳 She also mumbled and sounded drunk 🥴 Listening to this I’m having serious flashbacks 😬

I just talked to a friend the other night on the phone. He usually calls after a few drinks and then starts trying to talk of God with me because he knows I am a Christian and have tried to share this message over the ladt 35 years. After it was apparent the alcohol was really starting to take effect he was talking about, "Does anyone ever ask, 'how are you doing God? Are you doing o.k.? It must hurt you too see your children fighting. How you doing man?'" It's at this point where I can neither talk plainly to him or give him pearls of wisdom. It's so sad to see.

Pat Robertson’s CBN already put an article out quoting a couple of much more “respectable” supposed to be prophets, Dutch Sheets and Charlie Shamp. They said the church had to “take hold of the decree”, which is prophetic speak that means the church had to put faith in their prophetic decree that Trump would win four more. Notice you could get the same implied from Kerr in this video. Basically, after Biden is sworn in and it becomes obvious life goes on, it’ll be because we didn’t receive their prophecy and have enough faith in it. Or if we supposedly reject word of faith theology, we simply didn’t pray and fast enough. We missed God and thus missed out.

But He still gives them a real chance to receive Him, whether they are going to receive Him or not. I'm pretty sure the Bible says that He has mercy on all the people He has created.
@@lindajohnson4204 Well then, you have a real problem as all men are not saved and have died in their sins ending up in Hell, and according to Romans 3:9 men are incapable of selecting God on their own merits or doing. Also, if men were able to then that would make salvation a works based Gospel which goes against Ephesians 2:8, and, God is not a 'wishful' God hoping that man would choose him. What God wills, God gets. When it says that God's desire is for all to be saved God is speaking of the elect, His chosen since they will all be eventually redeemed through Christ thus God's desire or will is fulfilled. Oh, and also Jesus said that no one comes to the Father unless the Father draws him to Himself.

God does not tempt anyone to sin, so when we think about God's plan, if we think that this means that He forced people to sin, that's way off the mark, although there are a lot of people saying that this is exactly what He does. It makes God, falsely, not only he who makes us sin, but he who must also want us to sin, who even conceived sin in his heart, who loves it, but who will then pretend to hate it, in order to hold accountable, those whom he forced to sin in the first place. It is not hard to see that anyone who says this about God, is saying either that there is no righteousness in existence, or there is no righteousness in Him, although some righteous standard exists, which gnostics attribute to Lucifer: the devil, of all people. So this popular idea is really diabolical in it's implied accusation of God as evil.
We can believe the Bible, which says that God is righteous, just, cannot lie, tempts no one, and is light, with no darkness in Him. God, the Father, and the Holy Spirit, are in character with Jesus, the Son, so that we know we can trust God to have the same kind of heart, character and attitude that are revealed in Jesus: mercy, truth, love, even meekness and humility.
It's honestly sad that they tried to give her a realistic way to step back by asking if she means 4 now and 4 later, and she doubled down not only saying that Trump was still going to win (despite all that has happened and Biden's inauguration in 9 days at this point) but that Pence would get the next 8 years. Maybe it's because of my upbringing, or maybe I am still working my way out of my "liberal" thoughts, but I still do not see why Christians are so zealous over Trump. Don't misunderstand, I do understand why Christians would largely support the GOP, but for some reason, when it came to Trump, people almost started worshipping the guy!
All this being said, if somehow, in some way completely unknown to me, that Trump ends getting 4 more years, I will sit down and eat my words, but right now? I don't see it.
The zealotry is a little hard to figure out, I would agree. I do know Trump was seen as an "outsider", so my parents assured me he won because he "stood up" to the establishment and was God's chosen candidate, as Trump also said some of the "right" things about Christianity to pander, and people ate it up. Questioning his salvation, in spite of his profanity on the campaign trail, and a long history of womanizing on par with Bill Clinton, is akin to treason. Mind-blowing.

I've yet to come up with a compelling reason that God wants Trump to win when his "personal pastor" is Paula White. Pretty sure the Bible gives us a pretty clear picture of what happens to people who only pay lip service to God. This doesn't mean I think Biden is better by any stretch, but the delusion that Trump has honored God does not appear to be supported by any factual evidence.
That "Victory Channel" is RIFE with false teachers ALL the time..but people flock to the false teachers in these days. Flock to them.
