i can relate sm, i stopped acro when i was 10... i can barely do a cartwheel now (i also had a severe knee injury and got surgery for it sooo-) and i can barely do a clean triple
I’m so sorry to hear that, but still hopping you didn’t lose your passion for dance! I actually started competing last year (I’ve been dancing non competition for longer) and I was lucky enough to have somewhat natural flexibility. I quit acro this year because I just don’t have natural back flexibility and it became really frustrating. Also due to a hand injury. Next year I’m quitting but not going to lose my passion for dance.
@@Ang3lz_edits i probably wont ever lose my passion for dance as one day i want to open a studio (a dream of mine since foreverrr) ! i still do 2 classes a week, as i had just started again this year after the inujury i had, and i changed studios as i changed schools... i did stop competing and do less classes, but soon i will hopefully do more once i get used to the amount of school i do too! and its sad to hear your quitting, but i understand! and i am NOT naturally flexible either haha ! also i hope ur hand is alr!
Hope your knees okay too! Thanks I’m so glad you kept your passion for dance! And my hand is okay. competing is just to much time considering I have a lot of school opportunity’s I had to give up this year because of dance. I’m still going to do tap and lyrical next year though!
