    Who else would love to see a video just on ballet feet stretches? I want to improve my feet flexibility!

    • @stacytruong6751
      @stacytruong6751 8 лет назад +23

      Colleen is My Queen same. I'm too poor for a foot stretcher. The cheapest is 50$ but still it's way to expensive. So I use the couch to stretch my feet. It works but I could definitely get better with an actual stretcher

    I love this video! Your attitude is so motivating, so thank you ❤.
    But I wanted to share a quick tip for those who are practicing. If you can do a couple rotations but struggle with your balance and consistency, I recommend you try this. Put a sticker on your wall and spot to that every time. I find it sooo helpful and much easier to spot (sometimes spotting on a blank wall can be hard). It also keeps me way more balanced! Good luck to everyone!!!

    Hey Alivia! I've looked at seemingly every possible video on turns, and I cant even seem to get a single right. Your videos help me the most, but I still can't get around without stumbling. Even when I do the workouts every day I still am unable to maintain my balance. Do you have any ideas for me to remain balanced and up on relevé while turning?

    +Fiercelivy can you make a video of stretches that would help with flexibility but won't stress the knee. I have really bad knees, and I love flexibility stretches, but when I do them they hurt my knees so much that I'll end up wearing a knee brace the next day.

    I have a problem. When my foot turns, I pretty much just hop almost. I try to keep it on the ground but then I just do half of it and then it just stops working. Can someone help me?

      I have experienced this. Wat i did was i turned on flat foot then i started practicing on relive. Then i just practice over and over and got control of my body while turning. Also suck in ur stomach but not alot, keep ur arms very steady and keep ur bottom tucked in. If this doesnt help idk wat would

    Thank you so much!! I've been struggling with my fouette for years and I lost confidence to be in our dance team since I felt I was so stuck because everyone around me was so good at everything and even the new ones knew how to fouette, so I quitted...but I recently went back and because of this video I know how to do fouette, even tho not perfectly just yet but I am more confident to do what I love. So Alivia, thank you so much❤
