I defeated the 2nd phase Rugal with Yuri spamming down heavy punch, Because he gets closer to throw if he is far away he will continue with Reppuken, The evade button is A+B together light punch+light kick

I actually struggled more with the first stage for some reason

Rugal in the first round is easy, You just need to loop jump low kick and back throw

Why you don't change difficulty when you fight bosses?
Edit: You are not using hotkeys to evade his fireballs

I always play on default difficulty unless i mention otherwise.

And i have trouble doing rolls and stuff because the touch screen sometimes doesn't register 3 simultaneous touches and i don't want to risk that if i can help it unless that's my only strategy
