This made me so nostalgic and a bit weepy. As a little girl, I remember looking through my mom’s button collection and just how much I loved them! They were precious and magical! My mom passed away in November and the buttons are long gone, but my memories are rich. To see you both enjoying this craft together makes me miss my mom even more. You are so blessed to share this time together and I am blessed that you have allowed me in to share it with you ❤
Sincerest condolences on the loss of your precious Mom.❤ You always have her through your memories🕊🤗 Like you, my watching of this fab video was tinged with sadness. Lost my Mum 16yrs ago, suddenly, the day after I told her I was carrying grandchild number 2. It seems like yesterday and a million years ago all at the same time. She was amazing at sewing, making clothes etc, and I've also a creative mind. She would have loved this vid and some other 'mini' channels I watch. I like to believe when we come across things that they who've passed would have liked, former shared interest etc, that it is their way of saying hi and bringing comfort.🕊 Sending you hugs and care from UK❤️🤗
I can remember playing with my mum’s button jar too. So many lovely buttons that I’d enjoy having now. I played with them and my children played with them too. Unfortunately they’re all long gone. 🥹
Me also, I use to did the same with my mom’s button collection. I have my very own button collection now and I hope to share them with my granddaughters. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your mom. My mom has been gone only a year now, I miss her terribly, still. She was my best friend. 🤗
Wow ladies you have created beautiful little miniatures, I think many who have watched this video bursting with inspiration will be having a look in their button box, tin or jar, and creating something beautiful like you have, I love lemon meringue so that’s my favourite, tfs x Julie
I have a LARGE old, tin chips container from the 70’s full of buttons my mom collected over the years. She was a seamstress and the buttons are old. You have inspired me with something to do with them. Yours turned out very cute! . 🤗❤️
Using your imagination has made it possible to make some really lovely items for dolls houses. I was very impressed with how they worked out. You do make me laugh when you get the giggles together. Makes me miss my mum so much, but joyful to hear and see you both having fun together. Xx
I haven't been watching much youtube for months (work) but I think those two blue and white plates Fleur made are fantastic! The mini sewing stuff and everything else is brilliant too.
That was amazing….i loved it ! And hearing you laugh and giggle is wonderful….what an incredible relationship as mother and daughter you have, that is so precious . And both so creative ! I love your videos , they make me smile . Thankyou !,
Amazing work ladies, so creative! I think my favorites are the blue spongeware platers/trays. Thanks for including us! Love your giggle in the blooper at the end Kate. 😄
What a fantastic job as usual ladies. I’m in bed with the most miserable case of the flu and watching this video made me forget just how awful I feel. Keep the inventive vids coming!
Absolutely brilliant work and I’d love to see a Village, with a bakery, butcher, and so on and so on. I’m certain it would be an amazing piece of art like everything else you two have created!!!
This was a fantastic video. Do your brains ever just get tired? You are always coming up with amazing ideas. I especially loved the very ending of the video when Fleur spilled her drink and Kate had to hear the sound over again.... giggles and laughter abound!! Thank you so much for sharing your time. It's like being with my 2 Best Friends!! ❤
So enjoyable to watch and what charming creations! I love to rummage through my own button jar and make things for my dollhouses. You’ve given me some new ideas! I could watch your videos on end! So calming, so joyful and so inspiring! Thank you! ❤ Kathleen, USA
You have really out done yourselves with this project. This is truly a brilliant use of buttons! Im starting soon on making a basket that you shared on your channel, hope it turns out as well as yours did. Happy crafting ladies. Cheers xx Mary ❤❤❤🎉🎉
Thank you so much for allowing us to see what you have made from buttons, it has made me remember all the fun times i had with my mum when i was little making things for my dolls house 😀
You two are so inspiring; coming up with so many ideas to make a sumptuous banquet from simple materials, and working together having so much fun, I love it! Thank you so much for sharing your joy!❤
Your creativity is inspiring. I made many miniatures for my granddaughter's scale 1"12 doll house and my favourite items were perfume bottles and makeup on a dresser tray made out of beads and jewelry findings. I'll have to transform some buttons next.
I love your crafting segments. I still have two lolly jars full of buttons collected and bought over the years and I find nothing more enjoyable than spilling them out on the table and rummaging through them for a project. We always had a button box or jar I used to clip them off old clothes when I was young. My sister also loves to visit and rummage through buttons for her project. Love the Nostalgia this crafting session brought to me. THANK YOU GUYS.😍🤩😅
I really enjoy watching you lady’s making all sorts of things. I love your mom’s snorks she makes when she laughs it makes my day. Love your souls have a blessed one💗
I love this video! So creative!!! I will watch this one again!! What fun you two have together!! Mayby I love that the most when I’m watching you! God Bless ! I love these vids!
I'm amazed how close to scale many of these bits are. Just seeing them as you were working left me thinking that they would be much too large but most of them really do work. Well done ladies!!
Luv this video ladies, because you both are beautiful and kind and the best crafters I have ever seen. You use techniques that show your truly extrordinary talent as Mudlarkers and miniature crafters/ artistes in everything you let us view into your lovely life with nature. Thank you
This video reminded me so much of my late mum's button tin ,and the hours I use to spend sorting it out etc.I have no idea what happened to it but this was like a walk down memory lane just thinking of the different sizes and feel to the button that were in that tin . As always your video is a absolute joy to watch ,and your giggles at the end were just adorable .How was that glass not in a million pieces ! It sure sounded like it should of been lol
