It's just weird headcanon fan art showing the abyss prince/ss as evil overlord sitting on a black throne or whatever, I have no idea why people draw them like that. Doesn't even look like the abyss sibling is evil, both of them still look like cinnamon rolls

I cried so much during Ayaka’s quest not because of Ayaka but for Lumine. It hurt me so much that all she wants is her brother back but every nation keeps blocking her.

Goddamnit you did it again. Making me cry... If we actually saw a cutscene or even a glimpse of our twin, I'd be bawling my eyes out. It really is a shame. The devs have put so much thought and effort into all the other characters but kind of neglect our pair of protagonists.

yep, this is why I don't pay much attention to the lore, I love the story and all but if I thought about it, since I think about things deeply, like if I think about something since I have nothing better to do you must bet I'll find something deep and scary about it if I'd like to take it into consideration so I don't to prevent myself from crying since I'm that sensitive of a person
I like to think of it as they purposely made the siblings’ story vague so that the player base can use their imagination to fill in the blanks themselves. Resulting in masterpieces like this and the Lumine Regrets’ video. Both were really good. I keep coming back to watch them and crying all over again 😭

Ok so I play English dub and when I hear Aether’s and Lumine’s voices as the Prince/Princess I always think of how regretful Aether’s sound and it you can tell he wants to go home with her and be back together again. Then I hear Lumine’s and it’s quite cold and serious, you can tell she has been through a lot to become like this. They have the same exact script but just the tone in the voice and the slight facial expressions change so much.
I kinda hope Aeither kept that wooden slab

I actually took a screenshot of the prayer plaque a few days after Ayaka's story quest because I realized when I came back you can still see the drawings on the plaques and it didn't disappear.
Same. Anytime I pull up that photo, I instantly drop to tears. I know how it feels to be separated from family. You can't stop longing to see them again, even if it meant tearing the world apart.

Damn, this hits hard on both sides. But I cope with Aether way more. All he wants is to travel with his sister again instead of being seperated. It's just like Ayaka said - family bonds are inseparable. I really hope the two of them get back together soon.
