🇩🇪 Euro 2024 Stadiums: Germany

  • The 2024 European Football Championship will be held in Germany, and it will be the third time that a tournament of this scale has been organised there. In 1988, the matches were played in West Germany, and in 2021 Germany was one of the many host countries of EURO 2020. The World Champions from 2014 did not have to wait long for the European championship to return to their country. After all, who, if not them, would be better prepared for this event?
    The games will take place in 10 modern stadiums in 10 cities. Importantly, none of them were built specifically for the tournament, which has certainly reduced the cost of hosting it. From Munich to Hamburg, from Berlin to Cologne - EURO 2024 will take place in almost all major German cities. Which stadium do you think is missing from the final ten selected by UEFA? Which venue did you like best? Be sure to let us know about it in the comments section below!

    to all who dont know it: 1. the capacities for those Euro games are 'reduced' because only seats etc. are allowed ... 2. the names of many arenas are changed for the cup because 'no name sponsoring' is allowed - due to the cup regulations. there are many rulez for such a competitions which are not comparable to the usual national league games or champions league etc.

  • @adventures_4d
    @adventures_4d Год назад +39

    Why does nobody know that all stadiums have less capacity during international games. Because UEFA prohibits that there are any standing places at international games. Therefore all these places need to be converted to seats wich takes more space and therefore it results in less capacity.
