he also shot the interviewer a glance that said do that again and I walk ... he prefers to keep his private life just that private ... as for his business with bikes and movies ... he has no problem talking as they require him to help promote them ... tbh I enjoy the fact that he has a set boundary for interviewers and does not cross it ... and has no problem leaving if they do cross it.
It's nice to see he doesn't want the credit for the good deeds he's decided to do.

Yeah well you know how the media is if he even mentions something nice he did himself they would say he was arrogant and bragging. I think he is naturally a really grounded humble person but if he did expect any recognition they would probably try to crucify him about it.

Keanu is the epitome of class. You don't do nice things because you want to talk about them later, you do them because they feel like the right thing to do and because you're a decent human being. I love that every time an interviewer tries to get him to brag on himself, he *always* turns it around to talk about how amazing someone else is. We need more Keanus in this world.

Do Bo Is it that hard to believe that there are genuinely good people out there? Take it with a grain of salt, dude. Reeves has been through a lot in life (like some of us) and maybe this is how he copes. Not everyone in Hollywood is manipulative, there are the few exceptions (mainly the ones that have known pain more than others) who are just naturally humble and seek a more quiet life.

He knows life can be hard and change in an instant so he’d prefer to worry about helping the next person rather than get praise for the last. I’m the same way. Winston is the Owner, but theres someone member from High Table (a woman called herself “The Adjudicator”) she is about to Punish Winston because he helps John Wick get away before his Excommunicado. and bla bla bla bla John seeks for forgiveness he bets his life to meet the Chairman of High Table. And John gets second chance, but in exchange of his wedding ring and his finger.
Watch the movie, you will understand. I wont spoil furthermore

This interview is great. I've always loved how funny and easygoing he is. He's kind of the antithesis of Hollywood; always authentic. I couldn't imagine him as any ol' Chuck or K.C. He's perfectly Keanu!
Also, I feel like people are as determined to ask him about his acts of grace and charity as he is as determined not to answer them. It's obvious that he's not doing it for the praise or publicity and doesn't want to appear to be doing so in any way. Great guy.

Keanu, by absolutely every account; given who he is and the level of stardom and riches he could, if he wasn't so generous, have. The kindness and humility he shows like never refusing to take pictures or sign autographs. Giving his seat to little old ladies on the subway. Being there's not a single story of him being mean, rude, or curt with anyone. If there is a finer human being in this world am unaware of them.
