    Stilton's nice but the Danish blue cheese is particularly pungent. So what what are the other two? I suppose gorgonzola and the French one?

    Being herd animals and needing an elephant-like group to bring the hybrid into a socially established "family" from which to learn, two or three generations will need to exist before they can be allowed to roam free in the far north in sufficient numbers to make a difference. It's gonna take time and a load of money.
