With all the snowflakes in society now, its so refreshing hear the good old days, and great music, col Joy was a legend even at my age now I just had a playday of all the great songs and tributes......Thank you Co Joy you made my day.
It was a great night seeing all those Legends perform live, It was made even better by having a TRUE AUSSIE LEGEND & ICON of AUSTRALIAN Rock'n'Roll opening the show & once again as you have always done both Wowing them & have them wanting more. You had the entire audience in the palm of your hand Col.
Basically, O'Keefe was the bad boy of rock, and Col Joye was more of a goody-goody, appealing more to the teenagers parents and grand parents. There was some competition between them, and I've always felt Johnny was a little jealous of Col Joye. As I said, they weren't exactly friends, but there was mutual respect.
Col thanks gor the tickets to shout. Maureen kennet spoke so highly of. You. And was so please you remembered her. From your teen days. Shout was a great show in brissy. Thanks col.again geoff steele.

Thanks for informing us, ;) Johnny of course had the drug issue, and Col never did. Maybe that caused some tensions.
