Watching a bunch of the panels with the MMPR cast, this is one of the better audiences, they didn't ask the same questions over and over like fans at other panels. These were great questions.
I've had the opportunity to meet David Yost in Manhattan and Long Island NY. David is well spoken and had some of the most genuine and well thought out answers for his fans. He takes their questions seriously and understands the gravity of how special is for his fans to meet him. I appreciate that quality in him as a professional actor who spends time getting to know the people. I briefly met Austin St. John and he described his life after the PR for me. I had no idea he had a military background and it reminded me of when Elvis went to the military. Can you imagine being in the army, looking over...and the leader of the PR is in your group? I'd be like.."ok we good, we safe" I also briefly met Walter Jones, and the funny part is, for some reason I kept asking about Space Cases cause I actually really liked that show. It was great to see him be the star of his own show and I wanted to know about that experience. He's definitely a fun loving humorous guy and it was great to meet him.
@@tigertank06 Thuy passed away in 2001. She was in a car accident shortly before 9/11. But there wasn't much media coverage about her passing because the focus was on the terrorist attacks in New York. RIP Thuy.
Have you watched the original Zyurangers? There is a ton more episodes with her in them. Her name is Lamy in Zyurangers and shes married to Goldar, his name is Grifforzer in that version. At the end of the series, she and him have a son. There is a great episode where she goes after the japanese pink ranger and she's shown out of her gold costume.
I WOULD like to see an Alternate Saban Universe version of the events leading up to how the Machine Empire Won. A PG rating (pg 13 in some episodes) would TOTALLY work.
Not much love shown for Paul Freeman here. A real shame. Watched some panels, and, sometimes, some actors are there, and don't get asked anything. Feel bad for them.
I'm sorry but what was the point of the two yellow rangers making taking low key jabs at David youst I know he's gay but still like what was the point with the cracks it wasn't even necessary.
It's funny how Austin didn't give his personal thoughts of the darker Power Rangers fan made film. He just kind of gave a critique of sorts. Lol. Also, Austin seems very macho or too cool for school in this panel and you can kind of see it in more recent panels as well. Lastly, he seems rough around the edges. I think JDF is more approachable but that's just me. I might be wrong about it.
I think it's because the fan film got taken down or something because it was so well made. Because PR is supposed to be kid-friendly, it could be seen as a danger to the PR image and I think Saban took action against it. So I think ASJ was just trying to defend it.
I see that but why can't there be two versions of superheroes or why can't the Power Rangers change over time? We've seen it with tons of other super heroes who have gone through phases of being kid friendly to being adult.
Because it's Saban's property and it's up to them how they want it portrayed. Technically speaking ALL fanfiction, fanart, etc. are in violation copyright laws, but most creators just overlook it because it's not worth it since it's not going to hurt their image or profits. In this case, it's so well made people could mistake it for being the real thing, and/or worry Saban that they're making profit off it. Anyway, ASJ was just trying to defend the fans I think.

Hearing the Power Rangers say "What's up Kentucky?" gives me goosebumps because I live in Kentucky.

I enjoyed my time with Austin more than JDF. I felt JDF pushed us through. Austin actually talked to me.
