What Are The Infamous Mythosaurs Of Mandalorian Legend?

- In the first season of the mandalorian, Kuill scolds Din Djarin for his impatience with a blurrg, reminding him that his ancestors once rode the ancient mythosaurs. But what were mythosaurs? In canon, we don't know much just yet. But in legends these beasts were the original inhabitants of Mandalore. The brutish Tuang’s first supreme leader, or mando'a in the mandalorian language led his people to tame or kill the mythosaurs, beasts that some say were the size of small cities. After believing they had driven them from Mandalore, they renamed themselves the mandalorians.

Sad that the mandalorians slaughtered the mythosaur to extinction but cool that they adopted their skull as their logo and renamed themselves after the mythosaur planet
Well then you haven't seen the new episode, if you think they are extinct
They still alive.
@@Creatxr9530 yeah I haven’t seen I’m going off the expanded universe story
@@aamirrazak3467 there not gone yet ;)
@@aamirrazak3467 mando finds one
The first thing I thought when I heard people talking about the Mythosaur was "yeah if Tarkin was still alive you can bet your ass he would've tried to hunt it down somehow".
We need a flash back to the first Mandalorian pilgrim taking over Mandalore in The Mandalorian
Wasn't Mando'a the name of the language and Mand'alor the name of their supreme leader?
Yeah.
Correct on both I believe
That's what I thought
Sick video and good work bro I enjoy ur content

Spoilers:
When mando went underwater in the S3 E2 and Bo-Katan went to rescue him, she saw a gigantic beast underwater. Was it mythosaurus?
Yes probably, it looked a lot like the skull symbol of the mandolorians and the sign said that the living waters were once a mythosaur lair
Spoilers*
Almost definitely
@@Green011 which means either it never left or there was more
Also, on the starwars wiki about mythosaurs, it says 'mandolorian s3 ep2 mythosaur first appearance '

Anyone here after seeing Mandalorian s3 ep2?
Mando'a IS the language. Mand'alor is the Supreme Leader.
Mand'alor the First is the Taung.
"I have spoken."
What was the thing from Star Wars rebels that was blind like doom but had like powers
I think his name was Bendu
Could this been the same one we saw on the Mandalorian S3
Legends is canon
Not meant to nitpick, but it's Taung, not Tuang.
Hoping the Mythosaur is as great in cannon as it was just n Legends.
Mandalorian legends is the real canon.
Everyone who doesn't know what is famous about the mythosaur idk what to tell you. Hint hint Boba Fett
