    I do this workout five days a week. I only weigh like 190 and I plateaued with losing weight by running, doing this I’ve lost 10 pounds in. My. First. Week. This is awesome. I’m totally addicted to jumping rooe

      Quieres I did this workout, drank water, added in a little boxing (if you do that I would recommend shadow boxing or something to get your heart rate up).

      Mani rathna Sing I didn’t really diet but a big thing for me was drinking only water. However, I would def recommend calculating your TDEE and coming up with a good diet plan from that info. That’s what I do now. I went in to lose about 20 more pounds after this post

    I tried so many work outs before ( kickboxing , lifting weights, zumba , running )and I couldnt lose any weight, this is my second week doing this work out and i already lost 2 kilos (4 lbs and not doing any diet, currently eating healthy/normal diet ) it gives me energy like crazy and I love it !! Please keep uploading more videos .

    I just did this.. Killed me.. I had to take breaks the last couple sets.. I'm Beginner... ..mostly regular bounce... Gotta get stronger

    Started with beginners 10-min workout yesterday. Left me feeling full of energy so I did this one today. Had to split it into 3-2 circuits with just a light rope. It's a great workout and my goal is to do 30 mins 5 times a week and combine with intermittent fasting. I'm 53 with a bum knee so I'm going to keep it light and consistent!

    did all 5 sets with 1/2 lb the heaviest rope I have....and damn I’m dead...

    This is amazing workout, I’ve watch this video idk how many times but I’ve been doing it consistently for the past 9 months (of course I might miss a day or two), but i even replaced the gym for this workout and I’m happy with the results, my body has changed sooo much and of course keeping a balance diet. I know at first is really hard, u feel frustrated and like is not for you, but don’t give up, show yourself you can do it, I even bought the 1 and 2 pound cross rope and those ropes are amazinnnng as well, at first I was dying with 1 pound but now is really easy, I’m having little hard time with the 2 pound but Imma keep mastering, I love jump rope because of this guys! 😎💪🏻

    I did this was my 1/2 lb + 1 lb: I’m a little afraid of my 2 lb rope haha! Very challenging intervals: thank goodness for the 1 min. rests. This is a great one to come back to, to build strength. Thank u!

    I finished this workout about 30 minutes ago. Did all 5 rounds. Was NOT easy. Did it with the beast rope from punk rope, which is 14 ounces. My shoulders and biceps and calves were on fire. Thanks for the great workout! 🔥

    New jump roper here. My back looks like a patchwork quilt trying to do criss cross 🤣🤣. Practice makes perfect. Awesome workouts though. Loving it.

    If I was leading this workout, it would just be a video of me stumbling over the rope every 10 seconds and possibly even more as I tire. I'm going to TRY to change that though!!!! Thanks for the vid!!!

    Today is day 1 I did this. I’ve jump roped before without much trouble but since then, I’ve gotten more out of shape. I was out of breathe by 5 mins today. I told myself I’d just do half now and half later but I went through the WHOLE thing. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth helps a lot! I plan on losing 50 lbs in 6 months. I’m going to use jump rope to get me there. Right now I’m striving for consistency.

    Started with 400 Jumps for 6 days on this channel. This is day 7 I had to up it. Challenged myself and did this workout instead and stopped at 19:23. Prolly was more like 15 mins with all the trip ups but man am I dripping. Thanks.

      So what happens when you miss 4 days of working out in a row on a challenge Do you start your days over (ex: day one) or continue where you left off (day nine) ?

    I started this thinking omg only 30 seconds each set.
    But god damn, this was so hard.. I thought of giving up after round 4 but after a few stretches decided to go for it.
    And I'm sooo proud of myself for completing this and I'm more confident now

    Awesome workout! It was extremely challenging and very motivating since Brandon kept saying ‘spin it faster’ or ‘good job’. That really motivated me to keep going and going and going. I burned 360 calories in 30 minutes. Thank you, guys. See ya in the next one ✌🏼

    Each time I tried to jump rope, I would give up after 10/15mins. But letting this video play along with my activity help me kept going finally helped me workout for 30 mins straight! really happy! Thank you guys!

    You're awesome guys. I have been doing the thing. I started last week and today I was surprised to see that I could do the front and back and side skips. My rope is very light. Still I was able to keep moving throughout this one. I'm starting to feel curious about other rope tricks :) thank so much guys.

    This is great thank you only been jumping rope for a week now and I've already noticed I'm slimmer with out weighing myself I can tell with my clothing. I do this same video every day.     Just had a delivery from FEDEX, amazing service. Received my Infinity jump ropes!!! Love them, awesome quality and awesome workout by you two gorgeous angels! I have a question, just tried doing this video using my one pound and two pound ropes, and I had a real hard time doing my usually very easy jump ropes moves. I couldn’t go fast enough to synch my feet with the slower speed of the rope☹️. Do I need to learn how to do everything over again? Keep making these videos, you boys are awesome😉

      Diana Primerano - heavy ropes are BOMB! but they do exactly what you just described (slow everything down).
      You'll build strength and coordination. keep it up.

    I used to be a track & field sprinter, ironically now I don’t have good cardio endurance, it’s been a couple of years since then, I remember I could run forever and not get as tired as I get with you guys, I’m feeling “weak”, since I could only do the first rep 😂😂 but we all have to start somewhere, I’m on my way back to normal hahahaha

      Omg jump rope 😅 when I decided to lose weight for health reasons I started walking then running for about a year, then I went to the gym for about six months and let me tell you this is next level soreness aahhhhh I had to skip a day because in that year and a half never felt this pain 😭 💪💪😀😀

      July M - you gotta ease in! if you don't run and you want to run a marathon, you build over weeks... you can't go from 0-100mph overnight.. you gotta start small!

    What are your thoughts on adding Kettlebells to your workouts? I enjoy them and I think it’s a great tool to add, instead of just body weight exercises. Would you consider making some workouts with KB and Jump rope??

      schuletrip - we like KB's, weights, dumbbells, barbells, advanced calisthenics... all of it... but you can put very few of those things in your back pack and head to the park for a workout.
      We're the jump rope dudes... we're sticking with jump rope!

    WORKOUT COMPLETED!!! 4/12/19 Great Workout and really burning those fat!!! Hopefully I can get leaner in three months!

    1 month into jumping rope. Finally able to finish the whole exercise, with 25 secs jumping rope and 2 minutes rest though.

    I had to adapt this workout today and use the 1/2lb and 1lb rope. One day I will succeed in completing this workout with the 1lb and 2lb rope the whole way through. Small steps
