The E-Pace looks good for a small SUV.
Saw it live for the first time in November on a cars how here in Norway.
Your Cayman S should be quite fun on Corsica.
If you get to Cauro on Corsica, you take the D27 to Bastelica and from there to Bocognano.
That is a great road to drive.

Hi Sam I have a question for “tech corner” 😅 for the in car stuff do you use the GoPro but with an external mic? As my hero 5’s (Black) audio sounds no where near as crisp as this. Top content as always mate 👍🏻

Hi Sam, love your content, just wanted to give you some constructive feedback... i know it’s not a formal review but could you please spend a bit more time in the beginning of the video showing the exterior *and* interior of the car - I’m like 6 min into the video and still have no idea what the dash looks like 😂 maybe 20-30 sec of clips in the beginning would help. It would be interesting to hear how you think this compares to the cx-5, even though they're not quite really direct competitors, but rather as to see what a premium brand gives you over one of the better offerings of the 'normal' suv segment
Erico Kompatzki size wise they are absolutely rivals. But price and luxury wise they are totally different. Honestly the cx 5 is enough of a car for 90% of people, quality, speed, off road capabilities... Rhis is just posher, payin for the badge
milosilic23 yes, completely agree with you. That's what I ment they don't compete directly, even though they are indeed pretty close in size. And yes, the mazda checks most boxes for most people (including my family 😂)

You need to drive a Volvo XC40! Ive driven both cars and they’re very close in comparison but the Volvo is just a bit better in every single way
XC40 is so ugly for me. However I love new XC90 or XC60

Honestly +seenthroughglass I personally don't see how this SUV in any way looks more masculine than the Evoque. I feel like it's the opposite. The Evoque is a very futuristic looking machine and I don't think has any gender connotations attached to it. It's quite aggressive in my view. The road presence of this Jag to me seems very dainty and small. It's attractive but not in a masculine way imo. Yet though, great reviews as always. Loving the editing. You keep improving. Look forward to the next and the next.
If Jaguar can nail down the reliability issues. I have enjoyed the Epace. Easy to drive and easy to park. Boot is small and the turbo lag is not great. Infotainment system better than the Merc.

I like the shape more than the Evoque, but as you said, the price is too high. In Italy a 240D top spec like the ones in your video is worth 62.000 euro (quattroruote has tested one). For that price I want much more in any sense. At that price you get into Stelvio Q5 and even Macan territory.
I would rather go with the Volvo xc40. I went to see the XE and the interior felt below the class. The new accord was better.
the XE is getting old. agreed its below standard these days.
You can get a 300 hp petrol version of this car. It has the same engine as the four cylinder f-type.
It is rough and noisy too. Also, JLR cars are not the most reliable and they don't hold onto their value particularly well.
No room for the V6 Sam, this architecture can only house longitudinally mounted 4-pots. Its the same platform as the Evoque and Disco Sport, so no big engines coming... :-(

I can understand that (mostly because of the proportions) but the Giulia looks awesome. I was a big fan of the Quadrifoglio version ...BUT then I heard that it uses up to 2.6bar of turbopressure ... Those engines will break after 50k miles if not earlier...!

Having grown up in America, it's something I've noticed only British people do (and maybe Valley Girls in California too) - make a statement, but in the tone of a question. Officially it's called an upward inflection. I wonder why that is? Kinda as if there was a fear of saying something incorrect, so wrap it up as a question.
Robert Kwolek This is something that's also very noticeable in Australia. It must have rubbed off on us from the Aussie soaps we watch over here ( upward inflection). Just like we have adopted using the word like..like several times a sentence.. from you guys.
British people do not normally talk like that - Australians do though.
These two tits do it because they think it gives them journalistic crudentials.
A lot of times it can be used to basically say 'I think this' and the upward inflect to say basically 'What do you think/do you agree?' without actually having to say that, so it continues the conversation.. though, some people will still use it as a fear of saying something wrong

I heard Stephen Fry refer to this mode of speech as the 'Antipodean Interogative' during an interview in which he was expressing his irritation at the way that it had crept into English day to day conversation. Being a Brit of 'a certain age' I agree with him wholeheartedly. Apparently it's a product of the Neighbours and Home and Away generation. 🤓
The leaping Jag at the rear of the car as well as on the steering wheel look odd and out of place. They should just use the Jag face that's on the front grill.

The E pace is halfway between the size of the Q3 and the Q5 (and in fact it's wider than both)
Q3: 4388 mm.
Q5: 4663 mm.
E Pace: 4411 mm.
I still believe Q5 is pretty longer than E Pace

I'd never buy a jaguar suv it's not what jaguar stands for apart from that the fact that they are building rivals within the same company we've seen it in the past it won't work I believe that's a mistake
