There's never been a bad Batman theme
yeah thats right
Finally, someone said it.
Except Joel Schumacher’s Batman theme. They weren’t Batman
@@ixlewerx honestly i even liked that theme lol
@@ixlewerx disagree lol, Eliot Goldenthal did that theme, it's soo Batman, just not the same aesthetic like elfman or walker, but it most certainly is batman, batman's character is a spectrum, there's so many variations and stages of the character from the inception, goldenthal music to me fits with the 70/early 80s batman comics, also O'neil's batman run
this song really makes you feel like the Batman is coming
"It really makes you feeeeeeeeeeel like Batman"

Who Stealth, you're here!
POV: this theme starts playing
You: Why do I hear boss fight music!?
To me it feels like Bruce has kept the suit on too long and he’s losing himself in it - - and he’s going on a downward spiral - because Batman isn’t the real Bruce Wayne - it’s just an outlet for his anger and need for justice.. But that’s just my fucking nerdy take on it.
"I got you, I got you GOOD." ... Oh shitttttttttttttttttttttt
Saw the movie last night at a special premiere. It does not disappoint. Pattinson… is…. BATMAN.

Honestly it was amazing
Battinson!

Wrong. He's not Batman. He's vengeance.
Listening to this on repeat while taking cold showers is clinically proven to turn you into the shadows.

That fear is felt when this theme was played in the film.
The composer said that this score was heavily influenced by John Williams' Imperial March from Star Wars....ya can definitely hear it..but it's got its own twist.... I love it

In the film this song fits perfectly in the scene when the criminals out at night in Gotham look up and see the Bat symbol in the sky and realize they are so screwed
They think I'm in the shadows.... But I am the shadow.
That night, Gotham collectively shit their pants
They literally all know to look over their shoulders. Such a good scene
My favorite is Drophead's (That's what I'm calling him). The way he slowly turns to the darkness, you can feel him regretting his choices and fear of the Batman.

@@petezah4597 so your point is? Why is that such a bad thing? It’s common for iconic themes. The more simpler the notes the more memorability it has. Have you ever heard a David Guilmor solo ever in your life? Not everything needs to be a complex skillful piece of music
@@pabss632 it's not crap, but compared to any other batman theme, it's crap
This theme makes you feel like Batman himself.
The intro scene where during the monologue, various criminals throughout Gotham see the bat signal ("warning") and then look at some pitch black shadowy corner near them while this music plays, and then run away in fear, while Batman finally walks out in the train station, was beautiful to watch. 👏👏👏
especially at 0:40 when he was approaching the enemy while the music got louder

Yeah I saw the name and thought it was familiar
Everything about this film was epic. The soundtrack, the cinematography. It was all awesome
Lyrics:
I am Batman.
*repeat until the music ends*
Hearing this in the trailers, I was really hoping that this wouldn't just be used as generic trailer music, but actually would be the films main theme. So happy this came through, it's such a badass piece of music, fitting for a Batman who has maybe lost it a little, and given himself over to rage.
I'm gonna be really honest with you, I feel like every year trailers music of hero's movies get better and better. No way home trailer, for example, really great music for the trailer. I feel like studios are concern about this "generic trailer music" idea.
Fun Fact the studios aren't the owns who pick trailer music or even make the trailers. It's a marketing separate company who's main goal is to get people to go and watch the movie. So that's why some trailers are extremely different than the final movie and why some trailers seem to have odd music choices.
@@willfowler2968 I wont be that sure, I know the trailer part is another people work, but I just can't imagine the studio not giving their approval to the trailer. Its just impossible, there are to many things involved behind it.
@@renattonunez517 The music in trailers is usually never done by the actual composer of the movie, and features music that is not in the movie usually. I would recommend watching “How Trailer Music Tricks You” by Sideways, it’s actually pretty interesting

Raimi trilogy and Batman 1989: Danny Elfman
ASM 2 and TDK Trilogy: Hans Zimmer
Homecoming Trilogy and Batman 2022: Michael Giacchino
ASM1 was James Horner
Michael Giacchino’s Spider-Man theme is basically a staccato version of Danny Elfman’s Age of Ultron Heroes theme (which is taken from Danny Elfman’s own Fable theme), along with the chord change from his Alice’s theme.
Damn! and Zimmer did Supermans theme as well for Man of Steel!
He's done all three of the most popular superheros!
Woah, that's a neat little coincidence. Nice.
That's because they don't let anyone in to the closed circle.
Junkie XL even talked about it how he was trying for 10 years to get in the industry without success, until some other composer get him in. This is why all the same people are composing all the time.

The ONE thing about the Nolan trilogy I think was missing was Bruce's anger at the start of his career. I love all 3 of those films but a younger, angrier Bruce who isn't completely in control yet has been sorely missing from the character so far and I CANNOT wait to see it. People are not ready

@@kazuhirokawamoto7213 - Regarding the killing, I know that Batfleck killing people didn't set well with some, but I was never all that against the idea. The whole reason Batman stopped killing (he killed now and then in his early days) was because the President of DC (National Comics at the time) was afraid concerned mothers would have a fit if their kids read stories where the hero killed.
Which seems silly since boys of that day were watching cowboy shows and movies where the hero killed, or watched Zorro kill, so what's the difference in watching a pulp hero (which is what superheros were at the time) kill villains?
But yes, the character of Batman should be brutal. Not psychopathic or sadistic, but definitely he should be absolutely fearsome to the criminal element. Every violent criminal should know some other guy that wound up in a cast or in the hospital after an encounter with Batman.
