    Thanks for doing these videos. It’s good to learn the techniques also so thanks for that. Would like to know how to relax everything when playing.,

      thanks for the reply! Relaxing starts with how you sit, I see a lot of sloped angles in the arms. Thats where all your sound comes from. Utilize that whole motion, drop weight into the keys from there, not just the fingers and that should release some of the tension. You can also try raising your arm and then letting it drop to see where tension may be. With time itll go away!

    Hi when you do 3 octave arpeggios how do you relax the thumb

      In general, get that wrist fluid and moving! The thumb can remain extended and using the wrist you can drop into the key and produce sound that way. All through the arm motion. If you curve too much, thats going to be tension.
      You can do some exercises on a flat surface to see how loose your fingers are overall when doing this motion. I think I'll add relaxing fingers and this technique in a future video.
