Is'nt this park what is called a co-op park. That is an estate park where all the residents own shares in the park and by doing so may live or vacation there. The residents are the owners and pay no rent - just a home owner's monthly fee. Thanks for producing such a great viedo. I enjoyed it. JCB
That is so awesome! I love Huell and have many videos about him on my channel. I recently did a video at Chapman University where he has his name on the wall as part of the Interfaith center. Thanks for watching!
Back in the day it was very common to get out of Hollywood grab your camper and head to Palm Springs. Walt Disney too, if you look up Smoke Tree in Palm Springs you will see Walt on horseback, campfires and other activities. He also would wear a Smoke Tree neck tie in many famous photos. Back to Bing, eventually he lived at ThunderBird Ranch and eventually over in Rancho Mirage area.

Thanks for watching. I’m always still learning. One thing I can say is that it is a piece of heaven
Good job man. You can really see how much the palm trees have grown in your closing scenes.

So, Bing Crosby developed a mobile home park? Why would he have done that?

I'm sure you were saying something, but all I could hear was the highway traffic. 🙄
Perfect! That was the highway sound segment!
