Map Author here... this was very interesting to watch!! Seeing what things you struggle with really helps me improve it. Too bad you weren't playing the newest version, it is much easier to understand and has better balance/models/everything. Updated it in the thread now. Some tips, 1: You can build transport helicopters very cheaply at the airbase. 2: You can upgrade Turret Mounts into Naval Batteries which are very effective at defending vs ships. 3: Ships are powerful but expensive; spamming them early on will crash your economy. Hope you give this another shot! Each version gets a little less confusing, haha.
:) thanks for the tips, it's certainly quite overwhelming at first. In a perfect world you would have a tutorial level for each new player where they could slowly build up a base one unit/building at a time to understand what they do~
Yeah, i'll add an optional quest-based tutorial, and also a text overlay which you can toggle that shows how much resources your currently selected unit is spending per second, so you can get a better sense of what's bottlenecking you.

WTII I JUST WOKE UP FROM A STRANGE DREAM! I was watching youtube and then i swiched to ur channel for lols, SUDDENLY U RELEASED 2 Videos! One Named “Watchers.pgm“ and the second one was “Wa'Shari.pgm“ or was it .pmg? cant tell. ANYWAY the first one was about 1.05 min long the second one was 0.45 min long(45sec). sooo why iam writing this is because once i clicked the second video, YOU talked about a possibel new teaser for a new champ!! okey u also talked about how this champ can be for orc but it would create imbalance since them would have more heros than others. so u came to the result that this new champ is a tavern hero.
i even remember a little what ur thumbnail looks like!
It was a light blue background with white color in the center to get focus on the champ in the middle. so and the champ was riding something i cant really tell but it was something that can fly AND it was troll...
sadly thats all i got soo pls wtii see my comment and others as well what do u think about it? would blizz ever release a new champ for wc3? or am i just dreaming things? ;) gl hf

wtiiwarcraft maybe but if the bat rider is on land and can only fly when activate the ultimate? Idk if they do something then he would fly over the ground like the Lich! :)

forget about that,A UNDEAD RANGE HEROE RIDING A FROSTWYRM WITH 2460 HEALTH AND THE HEROE CAN SWITCH TO LAND MODE WITH 3 BANSHEES AS A EXTRA.sooo and also when its on land mode its abilities are devour (you know what i mean),blink,enrage wich gives 500 health and costs 20 mana per 4 seconds and 40 hit points more,drain(steal health from enimies.for flying mode the frostwrym can devour and for the hero,focus shot(ice beam wich takes 5 seconds to load but cuases 300 hit points). and for the lvl 6 power land mode it is sommon 8 infernals permanent and for fly mode its 12 gargoils.talk about undead imblance!!

Oh man, I'm so happy you played this one. First time playing it seems like a bit much, but it even then it's just so cool.
Haha, it's kind of funny and cringey playing it so nooby. Took me three tries, but now when I play this I'm rarely in debt and I build armies quickly.
also, so sad you didn't get to fight Aliens, Cthulhu, nor the zombie apocalypse :(

It's very easy to miss stuff like this when you are a streamer, I'm paying attention to more than just what is happening in Warcraft 3. The game is different to Wc3 in almost everyway so one has to take all of that in almost immediately? I doubt it.
agreed, maps of this type have alot of info and stuff thats hidden to first time players, though i do not mean to look at text everytime - yes i realise that you read and reply to twitch as well - however you can ask them on advice as well, since their „job„ is to watch you play, so they perhaps have noticed something that you didnt. On another note, a minute to pause all your actions and read the onscreen text could work, no?
True, the pause thing could work, most the time you just hope you work it out in the fly without disrupting the flow of the game & viewing experience
