I love your ideas and explanations. I use the actual trading card (not valuable ones) or playing card and work with that as my base card...gesso or gluing thinner papers on top..."altering" them into ATCs. I love reusing and repurposing in my crafting. Your drawings are amazing! I'm going to subscribe and look forward to seeing more!
How do you keep paint from getting on back of cards. Years ago i tried watercolor and the back got messy. I'm so excited and want to learn ATC. Thank you. I also put in a FB request
Hi! I usually make my cards out of watercolor paper which usually doesn’t get paint on the back of them but sometimes it happens and I just leave it. Also using less water might help.
One last question what kind of pencil or pen do i need to sketch out my drawing on the card. I tried today at work and it looked awful. Haven't been home yet to see if paint will help. Thank you for your time. I bought 100 watercolor paper cards and 100 for acrylic :)
Hi! You can ask as many questions as you want! I usually use a mechanical pencil. It helps to draw lightly rather then super hard. A lot of the time I’ll sketch out my drawing then go over it with a fine liner.

You can put a backing on your card! Plain or scrapbook paper! Anything!
