Yes he his. He wears several different wigs throughout the concert.
Yes it does sound Marillionish but with good reason. The drummer in Arena is the original drummer form Marillion and played on the "Script for A jesters Tear" Album. Check out my "Chelsea Monday" Video & you can see him playing with the band way back in 1983.

Clive Nolan is also the keyboardist for Pendragon.
Don't think he ever played in Marillion.
