Thanks for showcasing VC's game as more than a dunker. I hate it when casual fans reduce him to just being a legendary dunker; he had a very solid and dazzling all-around offensive game.
It's like there were no easy points for him ... apart from the screens which got him open jumpers he mostly had to work hard 1on1 to get a shot off. And most of these shots would be considered bad/hard, but he made them look easy with that incredible athleticism.
@@MaxaMillion711 yeah just a good center in a PnR or anyone really who would've drawn attention to him and then passed it to VC out of a double team or something.
After 01 playoffs upset (last shot could send Raps to the finals), 02 season was supposed to be the year that VC fans were waiting for. Raptors was a much better team than the year before but Vince injury happened. even without him, they played very well in the 1st round playoffs that year. I personally believe they would make it to the finals if he didn't get injured. Thx Max for the video! Very nostalgic for me!
All highlights vs grizzlies with spanish commentators.. Pau was and is our hero hahahah! At this time it was the only tv around the world with Memphis grizzlies games 😅
I remember being 13 watching him through this season and early in the first 20 games I wanna say they were playing someone and I was watching with my dad and Vince was hacked going to the rim and tweaked his knee coming down and he said right away vince gunna need surgery. And at the time I remember thinking no waybhes fine hes still dunking and my dad kept saying he needs to ease up or hes gunna make it worse and sure enough by game 60 they shut him down for surgery . He played with a bad knee most the year and this raptors team was the best hed had up to this point all around . Peterson was becoming a reliable 2nd option n Alvin 2illiams was playing much more consistent . Davis was playing well even in the playoffs without vince they played their asses off . they were a few spots out of 8th with 20 games to go or so and I remember they won like 12 in a row to make it in
If Vince had been a better ballhandler there's no telling how much better his career would have been. Because these clips show that he's getting to the paint off his athleticism and first step as opposed to advanced ballhandling moves.
I see Hakeem Olajuwon out there, this was his last season, since you've gone through most this footage was Hakeem actually scoring while he was on the raptors? there's not much highlights of him on the raptors out there. Nice Vince highlights also

Vince is a low-key deadly shooter.

Gotta wonder if he played with another star, how many easy shots he would’ve gotten, or easier shots and looks.

VC IS A top 10 offensive talent of all time he can do it all
This is a very underrated season for VC he did an amazing job wish he didn’t have the season ending surgery
Great comment! I wonder how the East would’ve shaped up had he been healthy. I think Toronto had a legit chance against Joisey!
And miss the all star game

0:27 damn, Vincent Lamar Carter really put the move on Michael Jeffrey Jordan there.

May i ask what type of injury he suffered during that time?
@@goldensperm7182 It was his knee. He missed the playoffs because of it.
Dude loving all this. Amazing video and thank you for all the hard work putting this together.
Where is 01-02 VC dunks ? Just kidding... To The Maxamillion ! Thanks Max !
My Vince sure had that jumpshot down period
The injury this Season change Vince career damn 😤
Yep, I remember he was having another monster season before that injury. Ended up missing 22 games then missed 39 the next.
Awesome highlights 👍🤝
Again thanks this stuff is awesome.

People forgets that Vince had a season-ending surgery. He played 60 games despite having knee issues that season.
It wasn't this season was it or was it
Along with the raptors loosing 13 games

He never worked on improving his ball handling. He felt getting to the hoop on one or two dribbles, or his lightning quick first step was all it took.
His ball handling looked pretty good to me.
Hey MaxaMillion, is there any way you could do some TMac videos?
Don’t think I’d have time...I wish

From what I remember he didn’t do much. A couple nice moments. Game winner in Atlanta. But nothing too memorable. Thx for watching too.
Carter spins... ONIONS!
where do you get these instrumentals from.... The ones at the 3:00 mark and at the 8:50 were dope
Can you do highlights on Jerry Stackhouse?
Jumper 💦
year 4: fall from grace ;)

A shell of the 90s knicks wooped this dude in the playoffs
What?! He whooped their asses in 2001 playoffs.
You mean the 99' Knicks who reached the finals!?
