    I've started swapping standing, office chair and yoga ball throughout the day and that seems to be the best approach instead using one of them for a whole day.

    Hi, thanks for this! I have just started using an exercise ball, but don't sit at my computer all day every day, just for some of my tasks. I am hoping this is going to work well.!
