Hate to hear that. I got an htac after Ron and all the great reviews. Its be flawless. All blacked out. 600 rounds right out of the box no issues, and now I have 1000+ through it. Best pistol I’ve ever shot.
It did take a long time, but that has been documented by all the bad publicity. But they kept in contact with me and made the changes I wanted. I went dlc everything and black anodized the grip. Blacked out and it’s awesome.

Nice holster. Blackhawk also makes a leg strap that attaches to the T series and rotates with your leg. H-Pro is tough to beat

Appreciate it. I had my drop leg and strap in route during the filming of this.

Keep in mind whatever issues you have will be your fault, PT is incapable of having any issues that belong to them

Dude, I had the same issue with LAX ammo. I had just got my H-Pro and I couldn’t zero it. I was driving myself crazy because I thought this expensive gun is in accurate. It turned out to be the ammo. I don’t buy from LAX or Freedom anymore because all the ammo was out of spec. I just saw your comment on the PT video Ron just did. Did you have any issues with your H-Pro?

No real issues no, but because of everything I was reading, and hearing about, and because of what happened to the H-duty in a few hundred rounds that’s why I decided to part with the two of them. I actually thought the trigger and the over all shoot ability was faster and easier on the H-Duty than the Pro.
I am personally rated the #1 salesman on the eastern seaboard of the USA for customer service satisfaction for regal boats, and I’m just mind the blown the amount of bad customer service experience’s everyone is receiving with Phoenix. I had every intention after ordering both of them to sell the h duty and keep the pro. I was going to make the h pro a heirloom to my son and just keep it and love it, but I parted ways with both of them.

That lead time crap is exactly what I'd expect from PT
