I noticed that you had your threshold set to "0" is this the best set up at the beach or just in water? The setting after volume... I have the X-terra pro and I always put my threshold up to around 15, just so I can hear the hum
Threshold can be a great feature to unlock a bit of extra potential out of your machine. I personally prefer a quiet experience but I could be missing some very deep or faint signals without using threshold.
@TreasureOutdoors I tried lowering mine out at the beach today, I'm still learning and I did find I was digging lots of deep trash! I find with my X-terra pro that big iron can sound good at depth but once out gives off iron? rather anoying... I dont know if this is same with the elite?
