As a long time preparedness person - I have a well stocked home because I found that no one could see what was happening to the world (Im in Ireland) - Im conflicted - All these preparations look like greed, hoarding and a lack of faith - yet I KNOW that I began this a decade ago because I Knew others wouldn't - I want to help others ..... maybe the time is near? PS: I needed this today!
God gave Joseph the ability to interpret Dreams, Holy Spirit at work!!! He was able to prepare for a 7 year famine and save the nation of Israel! You are not a hoarder, the lives you will save matter.
@@celtic15c I have a stack of books, The Gospel of John, to give away with food etc. It's short and Ive highlighted some verses. I pray just maybe one will take seed. All the food has a childlike sticker on it - like you'd get in Sunday School - just a wee reminder of where the food came from - sometimes I feel ridiculous. When I began I was married (for 28 years) and a daughter - But he's gone a few years now, partly because of these choices I made but mostly because I became disabled. He said he 'wanted to LIVE!" and I was planning for the end of the world. This was 2 years before the cough - when things seemed quite normal - I felt I couldn't defend my behaviour, but couldn't stop it either. I feel so alone now. This vision of the future from a decade ago has been (is) awful to watch it unfold - and what's to come? makes me feel desperate to get people to Jesus! my prayer has always been that in their need, they might be more open to the idea. But Im getting older and less able every month - Sometimes I pray to be released from 'this' and just return my house to a home, not a food bank - but I 'feel' wait... wait... - Thank you for your encouragement.
Part of being prepared for whatever comes our way is having defensive tools. If thing go really bad to the point of having to use those tools to defend my family or myself, how do I justify to our Lord that I had taken a life?
My son asked me the same thing. In the Commandments it says, "Though shall not murder". Killing someone to save yourself or your family is not murder. God Bless you...
I am short on patience. I asked God for patience; should I stop? I don't know how to be patient with my son, who has high functioning autism, and a host of mental problems, which isn't his fault. He doesn't listen. Come quickly, Lord Jesus!
God Bless you and your son. I would never stop Praying for patience and wisdom. The more I Pray for these things the more I immediately catch myself and ask for forgiveness. God answers all Prayers. 🙏🙏🙏

We need to be ready and not live in fear, Noah’s job was to be ready, I too am ready with my preps, and will help others when that time is presented 😊
