I honestly like the look. This was one of my consideration, but the big turn off was the price and value. It does not make sense and for a 1.5M plus budget, you can get better value like Toyota Yaris HEV, base Corolla Cross, and Chinese cars. I eventually went for KIA after test driving a bunch.
Same, bet ko ung looks ng XForce lalo na nung yellow/gold color kaya lang di pasok sa budget, kaya nagSonet n lang ako, mas affordable and di din nmn papahuli sa looks
Sonet is smaller. Already had a heads up before while choosing between the Yaris Cross and Xpander, but having a smaller footprint overall meant less space for me, the pax and my possible cargo. Ended up with the Mitsubishi, sadly this wasn't still out that time.
@@MiggyMndza mine was the opposite. I like small body cars but need an upgrade from my wigo. Also my garage size is small. Nevertheless, it boils down to your need. Gratz on your purchase.
Just some inputs 40:20:40 is the correct proportions of the 2nd row, the middle fully folds to accommodate longer items as seen. The power tailgate portion wasn't a first take, obviously bc Roy forgot to get the keys first which is needed for the hands-free access to have it with you hahaha And those aren't "lock mechanisms" to lock and unlock. Those are lock indicators, similar to european branded vehicles. May look old school at first glance but aren't really the case hehe. And the XForce has 4 airbags for GLS, 6 for GT. Just looked it up hehe. Great review nonetheless. Drove one and definitely did hope this was already available last year. Drives way better than the Xpander which was already great compared to a Cross of a different brand having the 2 driven. The CVT of this surprisingly is responsive enough for the transmission it is, more so in its Drive Sport mode.

These old timer brands are fast becoming less significant in the evolving Philippine car market. Their new models with average tech still sold at higher prices is an opportunity for Chinese brands to dominate the roads with their low-budget high-tech features. And please don't tell me about car quality factor, we are not in the 80s anymore.
I don't know, Filipinos are very hard-headed when it comes to car brands, example like certain Toyotas that are outdated but still being sales leaders in their segments. Why? Because solid history of durability & reliability with strong manufacturer support. Pinoys will often pay more and accept less for something they believe it will last longer.

That's such a bad argument... The Xpander has been here for like 7 Years, and Its been 2 years since its major face-lift, and your comparing that to a model that's only been out for like 3 months... of course you're gonna see wayy more Xpanders than XForce Models
@@MochizukiYuusei uhm no? Immediately after the yaris cross and corolla cross came out, so many on the road already. Same can be said about the brv. Demand is clearly against the xforce
@Unborn8436 Ah, I thought we were talking about total cars in general from release until now, since if thats the case, the XForce has a disadvantage since all those models you've mentioned were released much earlier than the XForce.. But if we're actually talking about the amount of models we're seeing just after the initial release of the model, then I can see that as a fair argument. The XForce itself is quite appealing with what it offers but it falls off with its pricing, but knowing Mitsubishi, they're probably gonna give out a whole bunch of promos for the model like Low DPs and such
@Unborn8436 I barely see any Corolla Cross, almost just as much as this but only a bit more, given it's been out for more than a while already. Yaris Cross can be seen more bc its cheaper. Which is why we've opted for an Xpander instead last year, felt way more solid than that and far less flimsy in terms of interior materials. Would've ended with this one should it have been out already that time.
Finally got a review for Xforce with all accessories.
Thank mate from Indonesia

To put the value proposition in perspective, you could buy two Changan CS15s for not much more cash.
At 1.5M, I'd rather buy the entry level Montero. Bigger, more practical and more powerful engine.
For city driving especially in NCR, Manual tranny is a no-no. 😅

@@rupertfdr350 Absolutely agree pare.
ha ha ha in denial ka brod sa low quality Chinese made
They should have made it a hybrid at least for the price
Just nitpicking here, I think that should be 40-20-40. :)
the problem is it doesnt excel in anything yet its priced like its the best in its segment. at that price point there are better options.
I think TOTL ford territory has so much advantage at almost the same price.
infotainment is slow and laggy at times 😢 would have been received better if it wasn’t for the price tag
So many haters for the XForce. Try driving it and discover how comfortable the ride is. It also got the pogi looks.

It will sell well if priced at 1M max. More than that price for its engine power is a no no.

Nothing special with the vehicle. Chinese crossovers easily trample on this, especially on that pricing
