We make cucumber dosa, cucumber cake and a khatti metthi cucumber sabji with onions, jaggery, tamarind and Chilli powder. 3 varieties apart from variety of cucumber salads.

❤️🤗Betu, since u asked will share that in दक्षिण भारत, हम लोग खीरे को कस के या पीस के दोसा/Dosai, idli, uttapam में डालते हैं; बिना बेसन की इसकी कढ़ी बनाते हैं, इसका सांबार/sambar बनाते हैं, मूंग की दल के साथ सब्जिजदाल भी बनाते हैं, और इसका पच्चडी (means एक तरह की चटनी आचार) fresh नारियल grate के साथ या without coconut पच्चडी बनाते है, इसको पुनुगुलु में भी डालते हैं और भजिए बनाते हैं और akki roti mae भी डालते हैं‼️
